Primo's Pizza White Water — Restaurant in Marietta

I would have given 0 ratings if it was allowed. Worst experience. Had to stand in line for half an hour with inexperienced staff not knowing basic things like price, then was told that register stopped working hence goto other counter, which took half an hour more, and manager told that food pass purchased is not valid at White Water, which was not true. Finally, food quality was bad. Bread sticks were not heated well. And not to mention exorbitant price of cheese slice - 17$! Will not visit again. My money got wasted in Gold pass...

Horrible service. They don't prefer serving pizza by slice. We order pizza by slice, and waited for 1hr. When I told the ladies there that I have been waiting for slice of pizza they said "I know, we want to get the whole pizza orders out first before we do slice". The line never ends, which means it could be end of day by the time we get our food. All of them who ordered pizza by slice were waiting.... Don't go there. And the guys 3 is not cheaper either. I spent $80 on 4 slice pizza and drink. Six flags white water sucks with...

The kitchen is very, very slow. For two slices of pizza with breadsticks, it’s about 30-45 mins if you miss the window of when either the cheese pizza or breadsticks are ready, else prepare to wait, big time, standing at the window. Service is good but the kitchen brings down the service with a very slow preparation. No need to say, that price is crazy for what it is with two slices...
