I have been shopping at Black Friday deals for 1 year now and I spend about $600 a month at this store for pretty quality items.it has been mostly great until Today.... I am a regular on Fridays and Mondays...

They advertise all their great products on Facebook weekly... They had closed down on Friday for snow which is understandable and opened on Saturday for $10 Friday price... I waited 30 mins in the cold with many other and when they let us in the store they tell us they are only letting us buy from half the bins with the other bins taped off but you can see all the quality items.... what was being sold to us was not their normal products for the price of $10...

I politely asked the owner why they were not putting the Normal good items for us to buy and he told me b/c we were not the typical 200 people that walk in the doors on a avg day... We were like 75 people...he said he will hold the items for the following Friday..He then proceed to tell me I don't know anything about business, I let him know I work in Finance lwith Very large Businesses and I help them Manage and strategize..

It takes along time to get loyal Customers and 1 terrible mistake and you can lose them. I let them know on Facebook I was disappointed and they blocked me. I am not sure if I will go back. I Feel bad b/c the whole staff is amazing including the mngr Moun...they know My Wife and Me very well....
