A few years back I went here and it was fun. I couldn't do karts for some reason though and the arcades and stuff were fun. I was excited to go back today and have fun, and I can say it was pretty good experience. The arcade games were fun, we only had to wait about 10 minutes at the check-in, and all the games were open. But, I would like to point out a few things about the go-karts. A few years back, my brother and his friend did the karts and had a nice time, they had never done karting before so i thought it was going to be okay for beginners. But, I went in there and there were a few other kids there, mostly boys (I'm a girl), and we got into a room where the tv video explained rules and policies and stuff. I was expecting they were going to give a brief talk about how the controls work and buttons and tips and things for beginners, but they didn't. Me and my sister were a bit nervous because we had never done this before. The helmets did make it hard to hear though, and the guys instructing us were basically yelling everything and I couldn't understand it. Then the race just started and i didn't really know what i was doing. I accidently pressed the brake a few times just because i wasn't used to the controls and I never did karting before, and I got yelled at by a grown guy worker, which wasn't very nice because it's not like anything was really explained to us on how the karts worked. Then, a bunch of the boys were very aggressive on their karts and bumped me hard several times even though there is a rule against that, and one bumped my kart so hard that I got stuck on a barrier. Then the worker had to come help me reverse it, while all the other karts were stuck behind me, and it was very embarrassing and unfair, especially since the other boys never got yelled at for doing that to me. Honestly, the whole aggressive and nerve-racking environment made it hard for me to have any fun because I was constantly focusing on just not messing up so that I wasn't screamed at, instead of just having fun. That karting experience makes me not want to go back there for the karting at least anytime soon, so if you're looking for improvements, I think you should add either a practice track where its super wide and kids can practice and improve their skills without being screamed at for the slightest mistake, and or add a video at the start of each race (at least for the intermediate, maybe not for the adult), explaining the controls, and tips for easier and better karting. Also not to be soft, but i think that there should be something explaining that you shouldn't be mad at anyone for slowing down and or messing up, because its a fun thing and everyone is at different levels. Because a toxic environment where everyone gets angry at you for accidently messing up or driving slow definitely doesn't make it a fun experience that you'd enjoy or want to go back to. i know it's supposed to be a race but some people just want to go there and experience go-karting and just have a little fun, and aren't very competitive. But overall it was still a decent experience, at least the arcade part, and I'd go back for the arcade and if they added a practice course or lesson for those who needed it maybe I'd go back...
Read moreThis place is amazing! My family and I had plans to go to the Six Flags water park but unfortunately we ran into weather issues. So we decided indoor fun would be a better option. We arrived and the fun was non stop. The facility is state of the art. An absolute gamers paradise. There is first class Bowling🎳, Laser Tag, Racing for juniors and adults, a gorgeous bar, a first class restaurant with amazing wait staff, not to mention friendly attentive management team. Shouts out to floor manager👍📣 Nick who stopped by to answer a quick question then shared a little story about opening the center and expressed his love for his place of employment. They are also affordable my family of 3 played more Arcade games than a little bit with $100.00. Oh yeah don't worry if your child no longer wants to race on the go karts. Changing your mind about the activities you want to participate in is drama free. You just go back to the starting line but it is easy and no big deal, take your receipt and card and it's done.
My child was seperated from my husband and I. Of course I was 😟 but I remained calm and went to the front office to seek assistance locating my son. The ladies there showed genuine concern and offered comforting words but that's not all they did. They went a step farther alerting every member of management that a child was seperated from his parents. Within 7minutes we were reunited thanks to the fast acting attentive management team. Needless to say I was relieved to see him. 👏👍🔒
🍴 My dining experience was amazing @ Andretti's Grill. My waitress was Kamarea who was an absolute pleasure to have waiting our table😇. She was polite well spoken and fast. She even treated my son with respect, by speaking directly to him when taking his order, as opposed to some places we have eaten where the waitresses totally ignored the child and only directed questions and responses to the adults ordering. 👏👏 Everyone was working in sync with an agenda to please. The appetizers were excellent we had the Route 66 sampler which was delicious and more than enough to share🍱 I had the Ribeye steak it was superb and the presentation was nice. We had top shelf mixed drinks that were just what the Dr. Ordered to take the edge off after nearly losing my child. 🍹🍹 This dining hall has about 25 flat screens , massive light fixtures, and easy to navigate table placement. The ladies restroom was pleasantly clean and hands free from start to finish. No touch toilets ,soap dispenser ,faucets, and paper towels. The decor in there was cute as well. This place has it all... Aside from some since of nostalgia, there is no reason to go back to Dave & Busters. Andretti's checks every box they leave nothing to want or need. This is by far the best indoor entertainment center in this area. We can't wait to come back...
Read moreMy family and I went to Andretti in Marietta today 3/23/25, we were a group of 9. We are EXTREMELY disappointed in our experience! In total we paid a little over $1,000 on unlimited wrist bands + Karts and foods/drinks. The beginning of our time there was fine, we were enjoying ourselves bowling and playing arcade games. Once in was time to do the go karts our experience changed tremendously. When we went upstairs to track #2 there were two young ladies and a young man assisting us. They did not greet us and were not friendly but we didn’t say anything we just tried to enjoy ourselves. Our ride around the track was extremely short and when they waved that flag to stop I was shocked. The lady behind me asked one of the employees “Ansley” why the ride was so short & that she’s been there several times &it was never that short. Ansley responded & said I’m not going to lie it was cut short, so the lady said well we paid full price & that’s when Ansley became extremely rude! She told the lady “full price? You paid $25 for this ride! She was saying this while making hand gestures. I ended up saying well I paid $300 & I would like to get my money’s worth. She then comes to me making the same hand gestures and rolling her neck saying with an attitude “so you paid $300 for this one ride? No you didn’t “ I said me and my family paid a lot of money to enjoy ourselves here not for the ride to be cut short and then she tried to say that she never said that. She continued to be rude and speak to me as if I wasn’t a paying customer. I asked her mane and she reluctantly showed me her badge which the name was Ansley. After dealing with her attitude and rudeness I was upset & going to speak with a manager when another employee that was standing nearby started being rude as well! She told us to just walk off of the track and exit with an attitude & when I asked her name she said “don’t worry about it”. They laughed as if this was funny and the young man that was them was no help at all. My family and I spoke to the supervisor on duty & explained what happened and she said that she will speak to them & let them know that their behavior is unacceptable. I do not feel that this situation was handled, so I will be reaching back out but to be treated like this is absolutely unacceptable! We left upset & feeling like nothing had been or would be done about this! I’m not sure that any of us will...
