Save you money and your hunger and go somewhere else, even another Chipotle couldn’t be any worse than this one. I would give it 0 if I could. Portion sizes are easily half of every other Chipotle’s I’ve been to, literally half. I waited 30 minutes past the time my order was supposed to be ready before I asked for the 2nd time and magically they realized they set my order to the side at the drive thru and it was sitting there at least 20 minutes. Then half my order was missing, thankfully I checked. Then they told me they were “out of chips” and 5-10 minutes after I had waited for the “manager” to come over and refund the chips (we ordered like 5 bags of chips and salsa, two people just love their salsa and we’re making it their meal, so we had like $15 in chips and salsa ordered), he tells me 2 more minutes, and I said no please refund my money, I’m so mad I’m literally shaking. The manager then said they now have chips again and it took another 5 minutes to actually get the bags of chips we ordered. This place has the absolute worse management of any food establishment I’ve ever been to. My order was supposed to be ready at 5:50. I finally was able to walk out at 6:33. There’s no excuse for service like that. I’m a very patient man and I understand that things happen so when when I did an online and went to the store to pick up my food, a portion of it wasn’t there because they were out of it. Okay cool, I would like to have a refund for that part of my order. Well, firstly, the cashier tried to avoid me and go to the next person in line after seeing me standing there patiently to remedy the situation. When I finally got her attention, I told her about my plight and without care, she told me to call 1-800-Chipotle to get a refund for their mistake. I didn’t go off or anything, because again things happen, but it was embarrassing having to sit there in the restaurant, on the phone with customer service trying to get a refund. I thought that at least a manager would do it there at the store, but things have definitely changed over the years with costumer service. Thankfully, customer service support stepped in and made things better. Again, I’m a very patient and understanding man, but customer service is really something I look forward to when shopping at a business and this particular store really lacked in...
Read moreIt was my mistake for giving this location a second chance. I guess at least the second time my food was actually warm when receiving it. However, there are so many things wrong with this location. First time I went they opened (I think) an hour late when my online order has already been processed so I had to wait an extra 45 min after my pick up time when I could see they made my bowl and let it just sit and get cold while they worked on multiple orders. Who runs this place to where they aren't even there by opening hours? Then I placed a pickup order today for the drive thru and when I get there it is right on time but there were three cars ahead that I had to sit behind and wait for 20 min just to get to the window. Then when I get to the window they ask me to drive around in line again which they didn't do to any of the customers in front of me..... One person sat at the window for more than 15 min but I have to drive around? The staff is clearly stressed and can not handle even the slightest bit of a rush.
