My family and I have come to this location quite often and on a norm the service and food is awesome. But that is the only reason I've given this location a 3 star not a 1 star, it is not very often this happens. The service we had there at 11am, 12/6/2017, was much less than expected by a waitress named Pam. The beginning experience started great and went downhill when she decided to talk down to my wife, in front of my mother and child, as she was trying to give Pam her order. "I know what I'm doing. I've been doing this for over a year." And with that experience she will magically know what my wife wants. That was the first strike. Second strike, after claiming she knew what we wanted, the order was not done correctly. Peices of the order were missing. We waited to see if we would get the remainder of the order but after about 5 minutes had passed we had to get her attention and ask for the rest of our order. Third strike, after my mother had asked to speak to a manager about the first incident. We overheard her speaking to one of her coworkers about how "terrible" her customers were or how "rude" we were being. Ma'am all we wanted was to come have a family meal at one of our favorite breakfast restaurants at what we felt was one of the best locations you could go with the food we had asked for. The Manager on duty was very helpful and apologetic about the matter and even compensated for the meal (wich he most definitely did not have to do). The food at this location is still great, the atmosphere is still great, most of the staff is wonderful. It was this one experience that set it apart for me and my family. We will most likely come back, however we will be taking steps to ensure that Pam no longer poorly reflects on the location...

Yes you'll get to people watch and eat the delicious WH grub you're use to, but with some bonus additions you may not get at a regular ol' House of Waffles. My friend and I went here around 9:30am this saturday morning and the parking lot was packed. Expecting to need to wait a bit to be seated, we walked in and immediately got a place at the counter. Nice! 3 cooks and 4-5 servers were hustlin and busslin but we were greeting FAST and our order taken within 3 minutes of sitting down. Our server was SO nice and friendly (not even faking it) even though they looked swamped. After around 6 minutes of morning convo with my buddy, our meals magically appeared before our eyes..and made exactly as we ordered. The food was delicious and it seemed everyone there was in a great mood despite a packed house. No yelling or screaming among anyone. After chowing down and being checked on several times (including drink refills before we ran out of beverages) our bill was in front of us and we were able to quickly pay and throw down a nice 30-35% tip before making our way back to our vehicle. Flawless execution of an amazing WH experience. Highest recommendation and I'll MOST DEFINITELY return again in the near future! Amazing staff. Corporate, give these folks a raise. And customers, please tip them well as they truly deserve it. 👏 AAA+++++

Read moreI have been contemplating posting a review with this location for quite some time now. I started going to this establishment when they first opened and the service was great at first. Now that they have been open for a while the service has gone down Hill. The customer service is mediocre at best now and continually declining. It 1st began with me placing call in orders of which I automatically assumed there was a 10% gratuity charge added to my order and when I would get to the establishment to pick up my order the server who took my order would then also Blatantly demand a tip. My last and final encounter of which prompted this review happen on 2/15/19, Where I placed a call in order once again. My order consisted of 2 waffles and an order of sausage of which the server Kassie charged me for two waffles separately $3.20 each as opposed to charging me $5.20 for a double waffle. Instead of acknowledging this mistake and correcting it when I brought it to her attention, she proceeded to ring up my order with an "oh well" attitude "you should have been more specific" .
