When I first approached the counter the barista (Sebastian) didn’t greet me or ask for my order he just stared at me until I had to ask if he was ready for the order. I asked for two drinks with oat milk, but when I received them they were made incorrect/tasted awful. I double checked the label & oat milk wasn’t listed. I went back politely said “Hey, i’m sorry for doing this but am I able to do an exchange? did I specify that it was with oat milk?” & Instead of simply remaking the drinks he responded with unnecessary attitude, insisted I never specified oat milk (even though both my boyfriend & I clearly remember I did) he continued making passive comments while remaking the drinks. This could had been a simple fix, but the customer service was unprofessional & uncomfortable.
