We had a TERRIBLE experience here last night. We got there and got a text message saying our table was ready. When we got inside they told us to wait by the sign. We stood there and waited for the hostess to seat us for 5 more minutes. When we finally sat down our table was missing the peanuts. We waited another 5 minutes for a waitress. When we got the rolls they weren't buttered. We got our appetizers (tater skins + cactus blossom) the tater skins looked like they were overcooked and then sat forever to the point the cheese wasn't even melty anymore. The cactus blossom tasted like it was over cooked, then cooled off, then re fried like leftovers. While eating our apps a girl came to our table with a salad (we didnt order a salad) she said sorry and we shook it off. No biggie. Then she came back again 5 mins later with 2 entrées that also weren't ours. She shook her head and angrily walked away. She apologized again. Then we got our food. I asked the girl for extra butter and sour cream. I waited for 15 minutes to get that and had to ask someone else to get it for us to which she replied oh she probably forgot about it. My steak was cooked medium well - well done (I ordered medium rare) when they brought my replacement out it had a ton of gristle and I couldn't eat a lot of it. My husbands steak was cooked medium well and he ordered medium rare. He didnt get a replacement because we were already fed up at this point. The waitresses and hostesses were all talking to eachother in little circles, almost like it was a high-school class with gossip circles. A good handful of them were also playing on their phones, adding to wait times and not paying attention. My baked potato was SO SALTY it was like taking a bite out of a salt block. There were green beans peices in our corn. All around negative experience. We were placed on the wait list at 7:38ish. We left the restaurant at 9:21ish. Putting us there for nearly 1hr and 45 minutes RIDICULOUS. We just wanted a nice kid free date night and got a nightmare. We didnt get anything taken off of our bill except for the free app coupon and the gift card we had brought with us. The bill was $70, after coupon and gift card it was dropped to $40. Outrageous for the service we received and the quality of the food. We could've made it better at our house or went to parkersburg and got better food and service. This was our first time visiting this location and we will not be back. Absolutely atrocious in every single way.

The "Food" category here gets 3 stars NOT because the 14 Oz Ribeye wasn't good.....it gets the 3 stars because that's not the food we wanted. To be OUT OUT OUT of Prime Rib at 16:00 on F-A-T-H-E-R-S DAY is absolutely inexcusable. Mgr of course stopped by to pull the ticket from our table to ask how everything was, and came across as very disinterested in my complaint. She started citing her app where she can check last years number which of course weren't available for this new location. DUH! Make too much!!! When you are getting $26 a hit, you can afford to have some left over. While I never ever engage in trying to "shake down" a place for freebies, it would have been good table manners to have offered a free desert or something like that as comp, buy no such gesture was proffer. Well, we will be back probably in a year, if they make it that long. Whoever built this probably didn't know that Marietta had both a Bonanza and a Ryan's, both of which failed. This will fail too. There's not enough $$$ sloshing around in this valley for a $70 tab for 2 people. The price range of $20 - $30 per person was for drinking WATER.

They handed me my food at 7 but then made me wait a few more minutes to receive my drinks. We received no silverware and my fiancés steak was undercooked and rubbery. Every time I asked for an update on time the girl would just say the kitchen is backed up and then disappear instead of keeping me updated. Horrible experience without an apology for the inconvenience or wait. I left beyond frustrated.

Order to-go for a 6:45 pickup so I could drop it off for fiancés lunch break at 7. Went at 5pm on a Friday. Was not busy. I was by myself and seated in a nice booth. Waiter came over got drink order. Got rolls when I got my seat. They were hard like rocks, burnt. And tasteless. I looked around.. oh wow .. all the rolls looked like that Oh well bread isn't really that important to me. What was important to me was this next part. First a little background info not for sympathy but just so you can get the jest of my story. I have stage 4 cancer with a massive tumor on the side of my neck. I rarely if ever go out to eat but tonite I decided I would try. I eat very slow and have to be careful how I swallow .. this is why I don't go out. I asked the waiter named Chance this question. I said ok before I even order I need to make sure this can be done or else I cannot order at all ok? He said sure. I said I need the salad out first and the rest not put in or brought out until I tell you because I have to be careful and cannot be rushed. If you bring everything out here it is not going to work for me at all. Can you please tell me if this CAN BE DONE? He assured me it was no problem. Couple minutes later out comes the salad. Sits it down. Two bites later out comes the country fried steak and the cold mashed potatoes with cold gravy. Chance the waiter did not bring any of the food out someone else brought the salad and some other girl brought out the rest. When the girl brought out the rest I said oh no this wasn't supposed to come ALREADY...I had already discussed this and she said to me "the kitchen slow tonight so it came out fast" I said yes but I can't have it now I won't even have a chance to eat it she just walked away... At this point I have a bowl of cold mashed potatoes because I did try one bite of them and a country fried steak sitting there off to the side and my salad still in front of me three bites in. Oh look it's the waiter coming back to see if everything's okay. I said no not really because remember I asked you not to bring all this out at once ..then HE SAYS "well the kitchen slow today so there is anything I can do about that.".. Now wait a minute before I even ordered DID I not tell you that I couldn't have it all out at once or I couldn't order?????? at this point he went and got me some new mashed potatoes which were just as cold as the first ones in fact I think they were the first ones brought back out as a matter of fact... So now I ask if the manager's there because I have to do something I'm not going to have all this food just sitting here getting cold and me not eating any of it. At that point I made up my mind and I would keep the mashed potatoes because I could probably swallow those pretty easy and faster finish the salad and send the country fried steak back for credit because I knew I wasn't going to even be able to get that while it's hot it was getting so cold by this time the breading was starting to fall off of it as it sat there. . The manager came over and I told her I wanted to send the steak back and I would pay for the salad and then the side dish. She said ok. She didn't ask for details I figured they already. Told her.. the whole event was really disrespectful here I am somebody severely disabled and this is how they took care of me in there. They flat out did not give a s*. I will never ever go back there .. I literally could not...

I don't mind paying a premium price when dining out, but the quality should match the price. The server, who was WAY over sat with tables, tried her best. But unfortunately the servers that were standing at the cash out kiosk scrolling their phones, were obviously not trained well enough to help out a "team member " when she's sinking. We waited an hour for food (there were 3 of us). I was getting ready to walkout and pay for our drinks and salad, but it server said the food was being plated and she was going to get it. When it arrived, it was luke warm at best and my daughter's boy boyfriend steak was well done (ordered it medium. Would have sent it all back, but we were hungry, and it was getting late. I'm guessing it sat under the heat lamp or just outside of it for a while. The managers need training in reading the room and understanding the situation opposed standing talking to friends (literally 15 minutes talking with the group behind us). But hey, at least we got to see line dancing 4 times and 2 happy birthday cheers. I worked in the restaurant business for 26 years (primarily country clubs) and in my humble opinion, if things are not corrected soon, the place will close in under 5 years.
