DQ has went downhill TREMENDOUSLY in the last few years. At least this local one has. Tonight we waited for one chicken strip basket to split for over 30 minutes. We finally got it after my husband waited for 15 of those minutes at the counter. Fries were cold and we only got less than half a container of gravy. He went back up and asked for more since we barely got any and he said a couple employees gave him dirty looks for even asking. We typically try not to complain about stuff but tonight it was one thing after another. And if we do, we ask nicely but I've worked in fast food and have seen how some people react even when a customer asks nicely for something to be fixed. Anyway, after, we got our ice cream. Asked for a double fudge cookie dough blizzard and a Reese spectacular or some crazy name blizzard for him. Well I got a regular cookie dough, no fudge at all in a double FUDGE cookie dough. None. He also didn't get any reese pieces in his so he took them back up. They remake them, exactly the same way. Still no fudge at all in mine. We also had already been here for over an hour and a half at this point between waiting on one chicken basket and 2 blizzards and having them "fix" them. We normally would just go on with our day and suck it up because we don't like to complain but between the rude service and extremely long wait time for one basket of chicken with a hangry two year old(I'm aware the 2 year old isn't their fault), but we were not happy with our "service". Read moreWaited in the drive through lane for over 10 minutes to get 2 chili dogs, 2 fries, and 2 sundaes. I had to repeat my order at the speaker two or three times for the person to get it right. We got to the pickup window, she handed me my sundaes and shut the window. When she saw that I was not leaving, she opened the window and asked "was there something else? "I said " yes, my 2 chili dogs and 2 fries." She shut the window without a word. We sat there for 7 more minutes while they fixed our food. She brought it to the window, handed it to me with no apology. Just, " Thanks. Have a nice day". My sundaes were nearly melted to soup by the time we got home 5 minutes later. I will never order food through the drive through lane again and may never go back to that location. They definitely need some customer service training...

We waited in the drive thru line with only three cars in front of us for 15 mins just to be told they would be with me shortly once I got to the speaker and have to wait an additional 5 minutes.If it wasn't for the kids wanting ice cream and the lack of other options I would never go here.
I don't know if the management thinks low staffing will increase their profits from cutting labor costs but all it does is irritate and actually reduce the number of customers served. They would be better off and likely make more if they properly staffed instead because they would be able to serve more people in a reasonable time period.
