Smashburger — Restaurant in Marina

Smashburger is decent if you’re looking for a quick burger fix, but it didn’t quite live up to the hype for me. The menu has a good variety of options, which is nice, and the service was friendly and efficient.

The burger itself was alright—not bad, but nothing that really stood out. The patty was cooked well, but the seasoning was a bit bland, and the toppings, while fresh, didn’t add much excitement. The bun was soft, but it got soggy pretty quickly, which made it a bit messy to eat.

The fries were average—crispy enough but lacking in seasoning, and the portion size felt a bit small for the price. Speaking of price, it’s on the higher side for what you get, which makes it hard to justify as a go-to spot.

Drew (cashier/server) and Frank (cook) and combin (cashier/server) were all very profesional. The food that Frank cooked was delicious I enjoyed it very much. He cooked all 5 of our meal in a timely manner. I appreciated the most that the first meal out was my 4 year olds kids meal. Having my kids meal out first definitely helped me enjoy mine knowing that she started eating and not be so fussy.The servers drew and corbin were extremely friendly and approachable and welcomed us in as we entered the restaurant. Towards the end of our meal I noticed that corbin and drew kept busy by making sure the restaurant was clean inside and out by wiping windows and cleaning the cashier and counter tops. Amazing time overall I enjoyed the presentation and the jungle tour. The toilet seats were moist and so was the food. The naked Chinese man in the parking lot was surprisingly fun to watch, until he attacked a pregnant lady. It was amazing except when the naked Chinese man fought a naked Italian man in the parking lot. My children liked the playground and when the Chinese man won the fight they all cheered. It was great especially when the naked Chinese man won and the other naked man collapsed. Then the victorious naked Chinese man ordered a pizza and threw it at the naked Italian man as he screamed mama Mia! Order up! The naked Italian man was dripping with pizza sauce.
