Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Marina

I used to work for Chipotle, and was disappointed in the service of the counter girl who took our order. She seemed bothered by my questions giving me a sarcastic pause and dead-faced answers and didn't see apologetic at all when the white rice was out and that it would be 15 minutes. Her servings were skimpy and I know there's a way you can create a bowl and make it look full without trying to look so measured or under- served in this case. No "please" or "thank you" or smile. The cashier woman who might have been in charge was a lot friendlier but I was already put off by the first young lady. They're not restauranture status which is a title earned by corporate, if they are still doing that and I hope they look into the attitude of people they've hired. On the food itself, I always look at the steak to judge how over cooked or dry it looks and it looked dry. The fact that they couldn't start a new white rice preemptively in a better estimation of when it would be needed is poor timing on the employee's part. We sat there and heard 2 more guests being told white rice is out and it had to be made. I went to Chipotle 416 and I do my order, and then I normally ask for kids size chips because I cannot finish all of the regular chips and I end up throwing them away and I don't want to waste them. and when I get to the register there is a woman standing next to person who is ringing me up, she was on her phone very sassy and rude. I asked for the kids chips and she blatantly told me that they don't sell them anymore. I see them right behind her and I offered to pay full price for a bag of chips normal size just so I can get a small bag of chips. she tells me that she can't do that and that there's cameras because they don't sell them anymore. when I go get my drink I see a table that has kids size chips. Went to this location because my kids wanted to eat there so I reluctantly went there. For starters the "steak burrito" was prepared with less than 4 ounces of meat however they were generous with all the fillers and doused with an excessive amount of hot sauce which overpowered the taste of everything else. To top it all off they couldn't even wrap the damn thing properly. My son had what appeared as a quesedilla plate with micro-sized tortilla on a small plate. The overall quality of the meal preparation was horrible. To be fair it was really busy however the staff customer service was abysmal and the staff seemed overwhelmed and annoyed when my wife had questions.
