King's Buffet — Restaurant in Marinette

I've had some bad Chinese food, but nothing like this. The eggs arent remotely real, they didnt even oxidize in the heat pan, and may not even be in most of the food. The chicken was prepared with soy sauce before coated in various flavors, it's as chewy as left overs and more salty than sweat. The eggrolls belonged in a burn unit, the desert platter even used substitutes, almost everything does. Theres this stuff that has been described as "Fried rat" Probably the best thing there, the burned meat reminds me of beef jerky. The fish was wet and slimey like it came straight out of the ocean but died a week before. The sesame chicken didn't have sesame in it. As a patron, the money was about what youd expect from a buffet. As a chef, I am throughly disgusted.

Edit: The restrooms have an urban vibe to them, complements for that, dirty, smell like someone shot up meth, for both male and female. Staff loomed over us like they were sizing us up. I also have two people sick as a result of...

UPDATE- Went on 2/24/22 at about 1pm and it was decent. With lots of turnover it was nice and fresh a couple things I just wasn't liking but that happens. Not sure if I would go during low traffic times but high traffic I will definitely go back. Give it a try once or twice before you decide 100%

I know my Chinese food and this place in my opinion was gross. No one spoke even a little English and for $8.75 it was NOT worth it. The soup was green and very off putting. The chicken teriyaki was burnt to a crisp. Crab delight was not horrible but with 4 buffet bars and 10 items on each bar I would expect to enjoy more than 10 items. Even the desserts that you just thaw were even old tasting. I will NOT ne going back. I prefer going to Menomonee for a $5...

I'm really not very picky. Hate giving bad reviews to the service industry.. This place earned it. I came at 12:10 on a Thursday. It's not a very good selection. A little disappointing. They only had chicken and more chicken. The "teriyaki" chicken was more like chicken jerky with no flavor. One beef dish with mushrooms, and I couldn't find any beef in it. Almost all mushrooms.
