Not to happy with my experience. First off she charged me before I got the ice cream I thought that was odd. Then she went to make the ice cream without washing her hands. So I asked her if she would wash her hands and she said she just did. I reminded her she was just touching my money so she gave me and eye roll then washed her hands. The she made the ice cream it was not rolled it was all chopped up. No napkins and she was using her phone the whole time to see how to make the ice cream. I feel like there should be a more sanitary...

We have been wanting to try this place for awhile now and was highly disappointed!!! Maps took us to the wrong place across town at first and their hours are not accurately posted on Google or at their location. When we got to actually have our order taken my kids and I were shocked to find sooo much of what we were trying to order was out, due to owner not replenishing their supplies. They advertise such a wide variety and that was clearly not the case in person, not to mention some of their items...

If you havnt tried Popd Sensations you need to. The popcorn is always fresh and so many different flavors to choose from. And that rolled icecream is sooo good!! Its so much fun watching them roll it right in front of you. The place is always clean and the employees always have a smile and are very welcoming.
