I got into line at 7:38, had I known I would be in the drive thru and waiting out front for my food for 54 min, I wouldn't have bothered. My kids had their hearts set on DQ My son wanted a cotton candy blizzard, they were out. I ordered a Smores blizard, a sundae, 2 chic strip baskets and 2 chili dogs. Got to the window and they told me to pull around front because "everyone behind you only has ice cream" I pulled out front and after a bit they brought out the food. I noticed the dogs werent in the bag so I called out to the girl, butshewalked inside. I noticed they didnt ring them up, the dining rm is closed, so I went back to the DT. After waiting in the VERY SLOW line, I got to the speaker,ordered the chili dogs and was told they were out of hot dogs. My son was upset because t they already didnt have the blizard, and now didnt have the food he wanted. so he said nevermind. We still had to wait in line since there isnt a way to getout, and by the time we got to the window, he wanted a fish sandwich. I told them at the window I wanted one and understood if I would have to pull in front again. I was told 'I only hand out food'and she shut the window. The supervisor or manager came to the window and told me she couldn't ring it up at the window and I would have to go through the DT again. I explained I had been through there twice and wasnt told about the hot dogs and she said, very rudely, "I told you!" I explained I met the first time I was through, and they just didnt ring them up. She said, well you have to go through the DT to order" and closed the window. By this time, it's 8:32. I had been at DQ for 54 min, my food was cold and my ice cream melted. Read moreWas there about a couple weeks ago and ordered a 4 piece chicken strip basket with gravy, plus I ordered an extra gravy. When I got home there were no gravies in my basket. I called (since I had to pay for the extra gravy and got none) and the manager who answered the phone was obnoxiously rude, bothered by the fact that I was holding her and her staff to account. She didn't believe me that I was charged for an extra gravy. She made me retrieve her the receipt number so she could look it up. When she saw that I was charged for the extra gravy she sent me a coupon for ONE gravy. She didn't compensate me for the gravy that was suppose to come with my meal. It's not that I was expecting something for nothing, it was that I was expecting the full extent of my order or at least a commensurate refund... like a coupon for TWO gravies. Half a refund and no gravy... NO...
Read moreWent to the drive thru. Ordered a shake, three pup cups, and a crunch dip sundae. I have ordered crunch dip sundaes from Dairy Queen’s all over, including this one in the past with no issues. It’s been my favorite since I was a kid.
The employee was nice and friendly, but didn’t understand what was needed. I was handed the pup cups with no bag and they weren’t closed all the way so now both me and my car have ice cream on them. I was given a cookie crunch sundae. I told her this isn’t a crunch dip. I explained twice that crunch dip is the candied peanut bits mixed with the sprinkles. She smiled and nodded, took the sundae and then came back after throwing sprinkles on it. She obviously didn’t understand so I just took it so I wouldn’t be just sending sundaes back left and right in the drive thru.
Ended up having to throw it away because that cookie crunch topping...
