1/15/25 Update# (lost count) "FROZEN COFFEE"- There's DEFF a recipe protocol. I can go to any other Dunkin' Donuts regardless of city in the frozen coffee taste the same, except this location! Order on DD 5-6days/wk and I'm doing GREAT if 2 (yes,TWO) days its good! Its usually done right on the WKND early a.m. RARELY m-f, next to NEVER later afternoon/evening. So OBVIOUS that employees DONT care, or NEED TRAINING, likely BOTH. I've called countless times, spoken to store manager, even the GM which I've updated about this ongoing issue a few times via email. The fact it CONTINUES UNCHANGED is total insanity, seemingly intentional, and tbh should be considered theft, ESP in the instances that DD does nothing except note the problem, which is most often. Its beyond frustrating. PLEASE, GET THIS UNDER CONTROL.. It should be a SIMPLE FIX given the precise details spanning multiple days that I email to your GM. That info being quite precise would allow you to pinpoint the associated employee via their schedules and take corrective action... And provide acknowledgement to the emp who follows established protocols. Maybe task them with training others and compensate that employee extra.. And LASTLY, for now, as I'm sure of future updates, PLEASE TAKE DISCONTINUED, UNAVAILABLE ITEMS OFF THE MENU!!!
6/30/22 Really, you all should just close the place. Simply pathetic tbh. Your workers don't care about the final product or the service, and management doesn't care to address the problem. Never improvements, consistently horrible. Workers need to follow the established protocols to atleast assist in some quality improvements and product consistency. Read moreUpdate as of 9/1/24: Gave this store another try this morning and ended up waiting almost 25 minutes for food in the drive thru. Staff seemed very distracted when taking our order. Overall quality of interaction with the staff has declined from what it used to be. Wakeup wraps tasted and smelled of plastic. Portions seem to be lacking on food. Cream Cheese Spread was not even enough to cover the bagel. Didn't get a receipt upon paying. Still seems to be a chronic managerial issue at this location. I can see the writing on the wall that it won't be long till this location is closed for good.
The Staff at this location are an absolute delight to interact with! They are always kind and courteous and are very welcoming. However, This location seems to not like Mobile Orders as their app consistently states "this location is not accepting mobile orders at this time". It seems like everytime that I am able to order or order thru the drive thru, this store seems to be consistently be missing something from my order, cant make an item that i've ordered due to maintenance issues, does not have the ingredients to make an item that i've ordered, or outright does not have the item that i've ordered yet is on the menu. This morning, there was a sign taped on the order speaker stating " Exact Change or Card Only". Read moreWorst Dunkin’ I have ever been too. Staff was so awful to the customers, employees just standing around doing nothing to help with the long lines. Girl that was at the front counter started to take our order and the other girl working comes over to whisper in her ear to stop helping us and help her make coffee. She just walked away without saying anything to us about why she was walking away in the middle of our order. Like what kind of customer service is that. Waited 15 minutes before they came back to the counter to finish our order. They ran out of original blend coffee so the girl mixed nitro, cold brew, and decaf coffee to make my mocha iced coffee. When I asked her to remake it correctly she said they are all the same and refused to make the coffee the correct way. She had the worst attitude towards me, we ended up throwing away all of the coffees we ordered because they tasted absolutely awful. I do not recommend this Dunkin’ to anyone.
