I rarely write reviews so, if I am, it's either because it was really great or it was really bad. In this case it was REALLY bad. First, if you're not going to put up signage for limited time items near your drive thru order board, your employees should know what special items are available and how to prompt customers when they attempt to order blindly. Second, your employees need to pay attention to what they are doing. I realize you were a little busy. I realize you're working when most of you would rather be home avoiding Covid-19 but, that's no excuse for poor service. We wanted two of the $10 Cravings boxes. Since we didn't know that is what it was called when we ordered we asked for the taco and burrito pack which includes 4 tacos and 4 beefy five layer burritos. I always order a gordita crunch and the bread never looks like it's steamed the way they use to do it. The bread is always hard like it's not fresh or that they are not steaming it. The last one I got it was not goood it tasted horrible like old tortilla. I ordered three more times after that as a replacement never got it untill the 4th time. The first time I went to get it I was told that I never was put on the list the woman inside was not understanding about the situation. There was only 1 person that was nice about it I believe his name was mike. He said he was a manager. For 5 years I stopped going to this spot. I placed a mobile order and when i got in the drive through I sat there for at least 15 minutes before I even made it to where you order. Once I got to the window, it didn't take too long but when she gave me the bag I asked to confirm that everything was in there and she said yes. I checked the order and found 4 items were missing. So I went back and went into the store thinking it would be quicker. I stood there for maybe 10 minutes before some even acknowledged I was there. I even made direct eye contact with a cook and he said nothing. Once I was finally acknowledged they acted like it was a joke and acted like they didn't know what to do.
