McDonald's — Restaurant in Marion

I have been here before but it's been a long while and even then service wasn't great. But this time was just nuts. I went through the drive through to get ice cream after a long day outside with my family. I ordered 2 ore mcflurries an Carmel and hot fudge, 1 large chocolate chip frappe with 3 shots of espresso, a plain Sunday, and a large sweet tea. Coincidentally I get to the window to get it all and they just started a cleaning cycle on it and its a 15 minute wait. Do I want to wait or get something else to replace it? No not really. So I settle for the frappe without the espresso and ask them to put it in an xl cup so I can fit my own espresso in it. I wait 5 minutes and they bring me the plain Sunday and sweet tea and they forgot about the mcflurries, so I clearly explain how I want those and realize the espresso is $5 here so I tell her im going to wait for the espresso. Then they bring me my mcflurries and there is more ice cream in the Sunday than there is in the $10 worth of mcflurries so im finally fed up and i just ask for a refund and they tell me to come inside. I speak to the guy at the register and he starts remaking everything for me instead of a refund and it is better but still not correct and I just wanted to warn yall that these guys do not have it together at all....

I used to love this location, and some of the workers I love are still there, but...service times are extremely slow. I drive for the school system, and this location is closest to the schools I drive for. My time between runs is very limited, and when I have to wait over 20 mins for my order, then I have to rush down my food and get right to the school. There are a few workers that, at the busy times, they have a sense of urgency to keep customers moving. Others do not. I see ppl on their phones, moving in like slow motion, and some times it is chaotic. I am not sure what has happened here, but the last day in question that I was there...Drive thru had 10 orders in que and mobile app, door dash...had 8. One young man, 2 women, and another lady was there when I got there, and still the young man was not finished when I left. I feel bad leaving such a review since there are some there that do take the initiative to display great customer service. These may burn out and leave if the other workers do not step up their game. Please help this location become...

Our church took our youth Christmas caroling at a nursing home and afterwards we planned to take the kids to McDonald's and all the kids talked about was getting McFlurry's. Even though it was not the experience we were hoping for I give this McDonald's a 5 star review because even though the buns were not toasted on the inside and the drinks did not work and the Mc flurry machine was down and the cash register was not operational and the only way to order was from the kiosk. So we ordered without the knowledge that all of this was going on, and by the time we figured out things were not right, we had already ordered and had no choice but to stay and wait. All of this was because of a partial power outage from someone hitting a transformer down the street. The reason I give a 5 star review is because in spite of all the issue's the staff and the manager on duty had to face she tried to make it right based on the circumstances she was given, she gave everybody their money back and apologized for something that wasn't her or her...
