Disappointing experience. I ordered by phone Saturday evening after 4 hour of errands. My pizza was done when I arrived for pickup but it wasn't correct :( Ordered stuffed crust, which is available only large - not a problem. Requested one half Supreme with black olives in place of onions for myself; the other half Italian sausage and green pepper for my daughter. The pepperoni that should have been on the Supreme half was on the sausage half, and the black olives straddled half of each half. Easy enough to pick off black olives, but I really missed the pepperoni. Maybe someone was tired and just done with the day. Can't leave feedback through the app. Mobile Order did not place through the app, called at expected delivery time. Manager was extremely RUDE and did not acknowledge it was their fault that their software was down, blamed me. The app NEVER let me know that my order placed at 12 for delivery at 4 did not go through. Did not offer any sort of savings for the misunderstanding, did not offer to try and rush a new order to me so that I could actually eat something during my 12 hour work shift.
