This location was clean. The food was hot and fresh. The people seemed involved. There was, however, something wrong. We went to order and two of my companions were told that they could not order at the counter. They needed to order at the kiosk. So, we did that. Then we got to the end of the ordering process and it wanted a credit or debit card. Well, we only had cash. So that was out. I went to the counter and asked what we do. I was told that we could order at the counter. I don’t know why my companions were told that – they are young and it didn’t seem right, but, okay, let it go.
I ordered our order and it was immediately fouled up. We had to go through the ordering process for thirteen minutes before a supervisor or manager or whoever it was stepped in and provided a minimum of help. Then the total differed by 11 cents between the kiosk and the counter. It was 11 cents more at the counter. I mentioned that in passing as I dug out my change when the server said, ‘Maybe that’s the reason for the difference in price.’ That’s when I realized it seemed that with the exception for two workers on duty, including the supervisor/manager, all seemed to have difficulties of various sorts. Everyone deserves a job. No one should be put in a position to be humiliated when facing the public alone without proper training, equipment or knowledge.
The workers seemed overwhelmed. They were nonstop busy while I was there ordering and, since we ate in the parking lot, I could see the flow of traffic never let up.
Wendy’s is valued at $16.04 billion dollars. Why doesn’t the calculator on the kiosk add up the same amount that is keyed in at the register at...
Read moreOk so my daughter got wendys for our family in the drive thu. They messed up our order by not adding chives to the baked potatoes and my wife (who has a gluten allergy) ordered a baconator with no bun. Of course they put a bun on it. We tried to call but got no answer. My daughter went back tonight to try and get a replacement order for their mess up the previous night. They gave her a hard time at first but did replace it. When we got home we found They didn't put the bacon on the potatoes this time. So we called because that's a little ridiculous. The manager swore there was bacon on them as she says she made them herself. She tells us the only way she would replace is if we bring the potatoes back tonight. Now I live 20 minutes away from the store and no way I am wasting the gas for 2 baked potatoes. All she had to do was take our name and have us pick them up later, instead she continues to call us a liar as there was no way since she made them herself. We asked for someone higher then her as she swears there was no one higher there. After a few minutes all of a sudden the GM of the store just so happens to be there also. He gets on the phone and also basically tried to calls us a liar. They refused to give us a number to district or the franchise number as they are not corporate. Attached is the potatoes that clearly doesn't have bacon. At this point I am more made about them basically calling us liars. I mean bacon isn't that big a...
Read moreFamily and i came in for a quick bite to eat, went inside as it was still open and doors were unlocked, overheard the cashier ask "if people come inside when we are going to close shortly do i have to take their order" after getting to the register you could tell the burnette wasn't happy she had to take our order after ordering our meals the lady goes "this will have to be to go we are closing inside" very rudely as she stated this to us. Family and i looked at each other in disgust. My significant other works in upper management himself in the food industry and with their companies if a customer walks inside before the doors are closed they still serve you and allow you to eat your meal inside. However if the cashier was more reasonable and passionate when stating we couldn't enjoy our meal inside we would had completed our order instead of cancelling, and taking our business elsewhere. This customer service was...
