I usually never have a problem with Dunkinā Donuts or when I do itās a mistake that can be fixed. I went to this Dunkinā to get my order and I saw that a man who was dealing with the donuts and croissant did not have any gloves on and asked him to put gloves on before getting me my croissant. In front of the staff and multiple other customers in line he said no and to mind my business. While me and him were going back and forth the staff members told him to stop and put gloves and he wouldnāt listen. During the pandemic right now everyone should have masks and gloves on especially if they are dealing with other peoples food and drinks. The rest of the staff had their masks and gloves on except for Bhavesh P who was the only one touching touching donuts, croissants, bagels, money, the register, the cups. I told him that I didnāt want him to be the one serving me or touching my food at all and had someone else. I then ever got a picture of him not wearing the gloves. But not so nice customer service, i go to this place regularly and 1 time i grabbed the wrong ice coffee because they prepared the customer's iced coffee that ordered after me first. And as soon as i noticed, about 30-45 seconds later, i returned it. And the one that prepared the coffee asked "why dont i read the label" sarcastically.
