On at least four different occasions, one of which was Friday, July 4th, holiday weekend, they were OUT of chocolate. Each of these occasions was spaced by about two weeks. How does a business that has only two flavors of soft serve frequently run out of one of them? We finally went to Ashland with a cooler and bought six blizzards and stored them in the freezer. Three days ago tried one more time rather than go into our stash. They had chocolate, but were out of strawberries. Some of the help is rude, even the one who we think is the new owner. I hope we are wrong. They need much better control of inventory, and much better attitude on the part of some. We have given up on Marlboro and will go to Ashland or Westboro. I wonder how many others...

Blizzard was NOT served upside down like it was supposed to be, and rude employee starting swearing and cussing at me saying he would not remake it when it spilled and was not made properly. He then said “We don’t need your business” as if you should ever speak to a customer that way. Owner also LIED and tried GASLIGHT ME by saying that she saw on camera that he did not serve it upside down like Blizzards are supposed to be served. Owner accused me of being a liar and said she was offended, well I’m the one who was gaslit and I will not be spending my money at this location...
Read moreIt was a beautiful Spring day so the line was there, but there were 4 people (including managers) tending the window so there was very little wait! Knocked down a star for food because, like everywhere else, it seemed like portion sizes shrunk, (not as much as Friendlies), and prices are up! Medium Oreo Blizzard = $7.50 🤷 I can only imagine how long the lines would be if prices were Pre-COVID, and advertised as such! We would be standing in those lines for sure! Anyway...everyone was working hard to serve the customers and we appreciated that! The ice cream is as always...
