I walked into Dunkin Donuts this morning I had a question about an option that I did not see on the Dunkin’ Donuts app. I approached a worker under the name of Fatima.
I asked her if I could ask her a question she told me to wait and then when she started to approach me, she kept shouting “what” “what” “what is your question” I was apalled by this interaction because I was not hostile towards her. I was just asking her if I could ask her a question.
Then another employee with pink highlights approached me afterwards and assured me of my question about a certain flavor ending, but they still have extra and wouldn’t mind putting it into my order
So I continue to make my order on the Dunkin’ Donuts app after I finish making my order I had told Miss Fatima that I made the order. Can she still put the donut flavor in my order?
She continue to suck her teeth, roll her eyes and say this is ridiculous. This is ridiculous as if it was my fault that I wanted a particular flavor to anybody in the store. The last thing I asked was she is the manager she replied to me and continue to do her due diligence.
I was saddened by the treatment. I was endured by a fellow employee here at Dunkin’ Donuts under the name of Fatima. I think she needs to work on her customer service skills, especially if she woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Read moreHey, I asked for a maple bacon & cashier rang in wrong item, upon noticing I asked for a refund and was given a rude remark by the sandwich worker stating that I didn’t get the right thing & that it’s not her problem which is true, but why make the remark for if it’s obvious, like I get the morning shift is hard but I was being forgiving enough to go back in line & let the expediting process go flawless before asking for my original request. Then the cashier made a comment “what do you want” and then I told “Fatima” I’d like a refund for whatever miscommunication this caused, I was then rung up maple bacon as a side , when I asked for a refund so I didn’t pay, I was trying to make it flawless not adding something on top of a order. Refund then purchase the actual item that way verbally it was understood. The sandwich station worker “lady in grey” then made more statements about why I should order the right thing being verbally harassing. I held my tongue but I didn’t deserve that at all, I’ve worked for Dunkin’ Donuts 2015-2018 so I know how it is but I don’t tolerate disrespect. that was very rude of themselves mainly the sandwich worker, she’s rude. This woman has gotten my orders completely wrong 3 times in the last few months. I went in to get a coffee the other day, and there she was, taking orders at the register. So I complained to her about how she keeps getting my orders wrong. I had to remind her of the order I placed a few weeks ago with a coffee and sine food.
