Never do the employee's here seem to appreciate their repeat customers. I always order on line and then proceed to the drive thru with at least 4 cars in front of me. When I give my name, the girl who works nights, or should I say early evenings as they now close at 6pm always makes a remark that my order of 2 drinks isn’t ready!! Really?? A hot coffee and an iced coffee really screws things up?? This time I informed her that our pick up time was 5:23pm and it was now 5:26pm, so what gives?? As I pulled up to the window, she is actually on her personal cell phone texting, so now I see the issue!! She gives me a coffee with heavy cream that tasted like mud, the iced coffee was okay. So I turn around and go back inside and she has a fake friendly attitude as if she could win a best actress of the year, she has no problem remaking my coffee but adds the cream after filling the cup to make sure that my hot coffee is now barely warm. Owner should review the footage and look at the time stamp of 5:26pm Monday 1/09/2023 and stop employees from texting while people are waiting at the window in plain view!! Unless this location allows such practices. In ending, I know times are hard to keep help and COVID still has its effect on all of us, but customer appreciation no matter what is the key for any business...
Read moreIts a Starbucks. The drive-thru is almost always jam-packed so be sure to give yourself time if you cant get out of your car, or go in and order. Even if ordering ahead, this drive-thru at many times can take long enough to get through that you could place your order as you pull into the Apex plaza and you’ll probably hit the window just as theyre finishing up.
Overall, quality out of here has been good. Its a bummer that at a corporate level their supply chain is completely out of whack and there’s always something new out of stock, immediately discontinued, or just hasn’t been available for months at this point.
I know the rating should reflect the location, however, most Starbucks locations are corporate stores, and while I cannot verify if this store is, I will be giving it a 4 for now. Bought a Starbucks coffee this morning; that was fine. Went to get a refill -- free, since I'm a registered user of their app -- and they can't do it. Person behind the counter can't figure out how to punch it in.
Manager can't figure it how, and is rude to me.
A nickel's worth of coffee, and they don't just pour it for me ... as a minor courtesy!
Instead they give me a big hassle.
TWENTY YEARS of going to different Starbucks in Massachusetts, and I never had a problem. But this Starbucks, they could NOT get their act together.
Worst customer service I have ever seen. They all need to be retrained.
