Absolutely horrible. First I swear they hired only young immature children. 7 So I ordered my food at the counter then I walked over to wait for it. And I waited and waited and waited. They continued to serve the people that ordered after me first. So I asked one of the girls if I remember correctly her name was Liz she was just standing there. I asked her hi I ordered awhile and I'm still waiting. She literally looked at me rolled her eyes and said hold on. She walked over to the kid that took my order and said what did she order he told her while asking me also. She came back around and it wasn't even made you will need to wait. So I stepped back and omg let me tell you this girls mouth as she was talking to the other employees is so nasty it's not even funny. Not sure who she was talking about but she kept saying yup and I'll continue to F him and nothing anyone will do about it. Meanwhile their are young children sitting down eating. And she said it very loud. I eventually got my food at she flung the bag at me I asked for sauce and her attitude was so bad almost like I'm a bother to her. I looked in my bag and it was the wrong meal. Now I'm really upset so I said this is wrong let me speak to ur manager and she said I am the manager. Update: retried after several months, store was closed 3 hours earlier than normal. This store doesn't staff it enough to keep posted hours or provide even remotely timely service. Avoid!
Incredibly slow service and frequently taking mobile dine-in orders only for the dining room to be closed and the drive through to have a 15-20min wait, which means your order has been done and sitting there for that time. After this happened for the fourth time in a month, I've decided to post about it. Until they remember how to actually staff their restaurant, avoid at all costs
Edit: Also, look at reviews in the past 1-2 months, and you'll see others saying the same thing. Likely a problem with management not willing to pay people to work here or otherwise mismanaging the staff. Avoid!
Edit 2: Tried them after almost a year. Pull up at 9:45pm after doing a mobile order being told they close at 10. Lights off. ACTUALLY STAFF AND RUN YOUR STORE OR...

First time I gave a $10 and the correct change and I got back more change so she didn't even realize I gave her any. I didn't bother saying anything because it wasn't worth the 44 cents to mention it, but I gave her a dime and 12 pennies (doubled when she gave me back 78 cents) so it's not like it was a couple coins. Second time the total came to $4.97. I gave the guy a $5 and he gave me the food and said have a nice day. If he asked if I wanted the change, I would have declined but he just acted as though it was a tip for him and didn't give a second thought about keeping it. Third time was the same as the first: gave change with a bill and they gave me change back, only about 15 cents this time: seems like they don't count what you give them. I used to love going here as it was close to home but I'd rather drive all the way to southboro so I don't get screwed out of money every time. However, I give it two stars because they usually get my order correct and that's half the battle at fast...
