Italian Delite — Restaurant in Marple Township

The service here has fallen off to a really bad extent. Their online ordering system has had glitches specifically with chicken pizza menu items. We’ve ordered delivery for buffalo chicken pizzas and received chicken parm, ordered buffalo chicken stromboli and received grilled chicken. There doesn’t seem to be a rhyme or reason to the glitch but in the past when issues happened they were apologetic and would send the correct items. Today when a mistake happened we were told we were wrong and we can just order again and they’ll send the correct items. Basically pay twice or be stuck with food you don’t want. I ordered for pickup, a Medium cheese pizza with onions and, green peppers an 3 individual slices of pepperoni pizza. I waited 20 minutes as instructed. I came inside after waiting 20 minutes and, the medium cheese pizza with toppings was done but they forgot to cook my 3 individual slices of pepperoni pizzas so I waited another 10 mins. And, I paid for my food $26.29. The ingredients were okay but all the pizzas were undercooked especially in the center of the pizzas the soggy dough killed the taste vibes. Italian Delte's pizzas look like TV commercial pizzas which are dressed up raw pizzas for show... Go-to Pat's trust me their pizzas are...

I love this place. Their pizza is delicious, you can order individual slices, and they offer much more. I usually get pizza for lunch or dinner.

This morning I ordered a bacon cheeseburger because I'm leaving work early and wanted an early lunch. I was worried because it was 7 minutes after opening and I expected them to either: A. Not offer their full menu in the morning; or B. Not be happy about cooking a burger first thing in the morning.
