Just bought a hoodie there. Took it home to wash it, since it had been tried on by other people, and immediately the graphic fell apart. It seems they’re heat transferring their own stuff in the back (I saw them make a couple shirts on a transfer machine) but they aren’t sticking all the way. Needless to say, I paid $45 for this and was told “all purchases are final” multiple times, and now I know why they said it lol
