It's an okay bookstore. It would be better if they didn't pester you to buy their book buyer "discount" card. Honestly, it should never cost you ten bucks to get a discount. I'm sure there are people who use it enough to offset the price, but it's not for me. And once I say "No, thank you." That should be the end of that discussion. But, they keep asking. Maybe the employees get penalised for making nonbookclub sales? I don't know. And no, I am not interested in giving you my email. And again, once I say "No, thank you" that part of the conversation is done. Move on. Borders was a better customer experience, but their corporate management was incompotent... So, Barnes & Noble is all there is locally. Thank goodness...

I've always received fantastic customer service at this location. The employees I've encountered have been helpful and knowledgeable about the store and books in general, which is always nice. Anyone that loves books, I highly suggest giving this location a visit! They deserve the business! Plus, let's try to keep this location open!! She couldnât be bothered to talk to a young man who careful mustered the courage to make a in person phone call. She strategically didnât divulge her name and demanded that if I knew anythingâ which clearly I donât that she couldnât be bothered with potential hirers and sheâs was above it it.
