When this location opened my partner and I were excited -- we are card-carrying Honeygrow fans. However, after this location opened, reviews started coming in that were simply awful, primarily related to the extremely long wait times. We used to drive past amd the whole restaurant was full of people who were waiting for food. Were they takeout customers? Was the volume of orders too much for the kitchen to keep up? Was the staff doing a bad job? A mystery.
However, we decided to give this location a second chance based on the improving review scores that indicate that some of those wrinkles have been ironed out.
We both ordered MYO stir-fry, and the time it took from placing the orders to both of our names being called was 4 minutes and 30 seconds (I timed it). Food at honeygrow is always good and reasonably priced compared to the other offerings in the "fast-casual" market. This location is a bit closer to us than the locations in Wynnewood and St. David's, so we will be coming back to this location in the future.

I waited over 30 minutes for my food, the music is so loud it’s uncomfortable and you can’t hear anything. after waiting so long for my food they messed up my order and when I asked for a refund because I was not going to wait another 30 mins for my food with a baby in my arms, the lady very rudely and aggressively told me they would get to it when they get to it, sometime today.. Sometime today??! So crazy! they expect customers to wait around all day to process a simple refund? They also refused to provide a receipt for refund and I had to argue with someone before getting a 5 page confirmation of my refund. Not worth the time or energy eating here. Read moreWas my first time here and didn’t really know what I wanted the guy with the blue nails was pretty helpful and recommended the sesame garlic . The first two girls I asked weren’t that helpful and just handed me the menu when I asked them what I should get . The meal was good 10/10 better than what I expected. The place was clean and the service was fast. Almost forgot while waiting for my food I took an important phone call. While on the call the Lady at the register ( who wasn’t really helpful ) continue to SCREAM my name repeatedly back to back to back . Was very obnoxious. Didn’t really give me the chance to finish up my call .
