Arby's — Restaurant in Marshall

I was told to pull up and wait for my order, 2 buffalo chicken sandwiches. I literally sat there over 5 minutes waiting for them to bring out my food. Finally I went inside and told them I had been waiting and no one knew anything about it. After they figured out what I ordered the kid picked up a bag and said 'oh, its right here'. By that time the Sandwiches were cold and I was in a hurry so I left without even an apology from them. Mistakes happen but atleast own up to them. I live around the corner but I Will definitely be bypassing this place for atleast...

They never offer a receipt. I always have to wait longer than expected. The chicken fingers are too small. Other arbys are far more professional. Any other place is more professional. It seemed an inconvenience that I showed up to place an order.

Call the phone number listed. They never answer the phone. In addition I went to market force as asked, it kept saying invalid...

Arby's has the meats, but they don't like sharing it much. The regular sandwiches have so little meat on them it isn't worth buying. In order to get a sandwich portion of meat you have to order a speciality sandwich or get a double. The food is good quality, but the price point is higher than a lot of other fast food restaurants.
