Taco Bell — Restaurant in Marshall

I placed my order on the kiosk, but had cash. After placing my order, I jumped in line behind an elderly couple, to which one of them had a mask on. I imagine they were either sick or easily gets sick. The woman, (Mary Beth?)jumped off the line, with gloves on, and came to take the elderly couples order, exchanging dollar bills and coins. During this transaction, Mary Beth, with the same gloves on, push her glasses up on her nose as well as pull up her pants. Then proceeds to cash me out. Mary Beth then jumps back on the line WITH THE SAME GLOVES ON and grabs a taco shell- I yelled for her attention and asked her if she could please change her gloves. She disappeared. A young man came out and I explained it to him. He didn’t say much. But after realizing that the cups Mary Beth handed us had grease, food particles on them, my husband tried to get his attention, and he ignored his request- I imagine due to me already complaining. This is a health and sanitation issue that should and need to be resolved quickly. Some more training or holding employees to a standard and hold them...

What a disappointment. Totally out of everything. Although they didn't have a problem taking my order on the kiosk. The soda machine was out of ice, and when they finally got me ice from the back, it all turned out to be for not because the soda machine was out of everything. The only thing they had was diet Pepsi, which is so flat. I think it was opened about 6 weeks ago. Ago. This is a complete disappointment for this location which in the past has been pretty good. I don't know if they had a management change or what but today they claim their truck hadn't come in. I don't want to hear about your logistical shortcomings. Marshall is a small city so I'd expect Taco Bell to be decent. Today I ordered a Catina Chicken bowl and they advertise 2X the chicken. I asked if I had to request the double chicken and I was told no so i proceeded with my order. I get my food and low and behold I barely have any chicken at all. These workers also know the receipt allows a survey and I wasn't given a receipt either so I cant do a taco bell survey. So here it is. Do better Taco Bell.
