First let me say Steven was fantastic as our service technician. But, oh my gosh, LG and Sears together made for the very worst customer service experience in my 59 years on earth. It is now the the end of the first week of August 2025. Our dryer has been out since the end of June. LG made me jump through stupid hoops to get them to even have a service technician come out and fix my dryer under warranty. Sears Home Services canceled twice (after I had taken two vacation days off work to accommodate their 8-5 arrival time) with no warning. Add to this that there is no human at SHS to even speak with. I payed total $390.86 for a plugged valve. They shipped the part to me from Amazon it was $25.00. So I payed $365.86 for clogged valve. Used the very next day, still does wash cycle & then quits🤷♀️.
