Wow—what a treat! Snooks Shaved Ice, newly opened off Foxcroft in Martinsburg, is an absolute hidden gem. From their signature shaved ice to their specialty Mangonada creation, classic banana splits, and creamy soft serve cones, this spot is bursting with flavor and fun.

The staff is incredibly warm, helpful, and genuinely lovely—they made our visit feel extra special. Every item we tried was a hit, and the portions are generous, making it perfect for families or anyone craving a sweet escape. The flavor combinations are out of this world—bold, creative, and absolutely delicious.

Wow! Where to even start! They literally offer everything under the sun and then some! The hard dip is so full of flavor and large chunks of the add-ins. The milk shakes are singly decadent (might I add that they always accommodate my special requests when ordering shakes) The banana split is beyond huge! I need about 4 stomachs to finish it! The lollipops are my personal favorite (maybe tied with the banana split)! The soft serve is so creamy and melts in your mouth! Outside of the amazing products they serve, the staff is always so sweet, nice, accommodating. They are still a new shop so sometimes wait times can be a bit lengthy but the quality of the product they provide makes any wait well worth it! Really kind people here. However the last time we came we tried something new. ( We usually only get soft serve) It wasA large blast with chips ahoy and m&ms. And when I brought it to the car, the person that ate it said it was all melted as they were eating it and I could see that :( The very nice cashier at the front said it was like dairy Queen style blast but we went their before and it was never melted like this. Really made me feel bad he couldn't enjoy it. Im not sure if this was a one time thing or not. Hoping we can come back but we're afraid to try that one again. Nothing at all against this place.
