The Sweet Hut cafe is delicious and unique. The staff are great too. I love everything on the menu from dinner meals to desserts. The food is fresh and presentation on point making this tasty treat appealing to the eyes before your first bite. I have had almost all of the poke bowls and love them all. The portions are perfect for a filling meal. The ice cream is like the rolled “stretchy” ice cream although they call it fried ice cream. It is definitely not fried (like some Mexican restaurants have) and is more like thinly rolled ice cream that comes sundae style with whipped cream. The portions of ice cream are huge so you can share it between two people or just have some there and ask for a top to take the rest home. The other great addition they have are their variety of drinks like bubble teas, hot teas, sweet milk tapioca (like “mini bubbles” for a bubble like tea), and more. They are completely authentic. The drink portions are also on the larger side. I took my family and of my four kids ranging from picky to not so much they all found their favorite dishes. As for the dinner, my pickiest child liked the Philly cheese steak fried egg roll. The other kids enjoyed poke bowls. Of course the ice cream and drinks were kid...

Bubble Tea/Boba was mid-tier, chewy-ness was ok but they do use powders for their boba so just be aware that they can't really adjust sweetness levels. 3/5

Tonkatsu Ramen: Broth was good, pork was dry, egg was completely wrong. Hardboiled egg where you can see the green is not cool, it's not hard to make soy eggs, can't really understand why they don't take the time to make them for ramen. Noodles were average & the toppings didn't really make sense. They threw in random slices of red onion and cilantro stems?

Hawaii Poke Bowl: THIS DOES NOT HAVE RICE. Double check the menu as it does state it's a mixed green salad base. Salmon was not marinated in any sort of sauce, pineapple chunks were CANNED, and the mango sauce was so light that it was practically tasteless. I had to add in my own sauce, disappointing to say the least.

Overall, if you're looking for good Boba/Ramen/Poke, probably best to go elsewhere. It's alright for a quick lunch but I probably...

I've gone to Sweet Hut often with friends and family and I enjoy there food a lot. Their customer service is superb and selection as well. I try a new drink every time I go and try to try a new food as well. So far everything has been delicious. The only problem I have is the state of the bathroom and its poor condition and dimm lighting. But then again I don't go there to use the bathroom, I go there to relax and eat. Their dining area looks comfortable and welcoming and when the weather outside is nice, their outdoor is great. Update: Since my last review they have renovated the place and the ambience is so welcoming with great staff. My go to meals are the philly cheese steak egg roll combo and spicy kashu chicken ramen. Another thing to note, if you're not interested in coming in, they have a great website that they updated to make it more user friendly so you can just do a pick up or have it...

It was ok. I was curious about this place but there seems to be a whole lot going on with the assortments on the menu. Is it a cafe or something else? It does not give the cafe vibe in the inside but the outside sitting is nice. And what’s up with the craze over that “boba” thing? I ordered a cappuccino and the lady just kept talking about “boba”. I was like ok whatever. Well to say the least I was not impressed. These little flavorless balls uselessly floating around the coffee. And sipping through that big straw is a recipe for disaster if one of those lil balls lodge in the throat. Better familiarize yourself with the Heimlich maneuver.

Loved the food! I like the atmosphere. Although I'd like to add more to the menu. I'm from Hawaii and I've had a lot of experience with poke. There's one thing I miss having which is spam musubi. This may not cater to a lot of folks but it's an authentic delicacy in Hawaii. Seeing that there's interest with poke, I feel like this would be a hit especially for those folks who are from Hawaii that lives here too! I'll be sure spread the word around that this is an awesome place! Now I don't have to travel to Tyson's Corner to go to leid poke to have my poke fix! Thank you for making this happen!
