In the panhandle of Flordia, I discovered not just a meal but an emotional revelation that intertwined my senses and soul. The experience began with the first sip of Inca Kola, a golden elixir that sparkled like liquid sunshine in my glass. Its effervescent sweetness was a joyful symphony, a vibrant chorus that sang of distant Andean peaks and sun-drenched valleys. Each bubble seemed to burst with a story, a memory of celebrations and traditions that have spanned generations. As the Inca Kola filled me with warmth and nostalgia, the ceviche arrived—a masterpiece of culinary artistry that left me breathless. The pristine, delicate fish marinated to perfection, embodied the essence of the Pacific. The sharp tang of lime danced with the heat of rocoto peppers, while the crunch of red onions added a texture that was both surprising and delightful. Each bite was a revelation, an intimate conversation between land and sea that spoke directly to my heart. Together, the Inca Kola and ceviche created a harmony that transcended mere food and drink. They were a love letter from Peru, a heartfelt embrace that made me feel both at home and adventuring through the vibrant markets of Lima and the tranquil shores of its coastline. In that small restaurant, surrounded by strangers who felt like friends, I was reminded of the simple, profound joys that food can bring. This restaurant didn’t just serve a meal that evening; it offered a journey through time and emotion, a reminder that the most beautiful connections are often forged at the intersection of tradition and taste.

AMAZING PERUVIAN FOOD!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m Peruvian and my husband is American and French. Ceviche is my favorite dish ever, so I have put the standard very high…. And people, believe me when I say I never thought I would find one of the best ceviches EVER, here in America. I am beyond impressed! This authentic Peruvian ceviche deserves all the miles you need to drive to get here and try it, because it is worth it! She does it right, and I’m very happy to have driven one hour to satisfy my craving… And my husband couldn’t stop saying “that was so worth the drive” on the way back!!! DELICIOUS!!! We will be back now that I have found them!! But don’t stop at the ceviche… we ordered papa rellena, yuca con huancaina, chicha morada, maracuyá, helado de lucuma y alfajor…. 🤣🤣🤣 we couldn’t stop!!! Thank you to this family for putting Peruvian food in the map and doing it the right authentic Peruvian way 🇵🇪 👏

My lunch hour kept pushing later and later but I rushed to try to see how a restaurant could have a perfect 5-star rating. In my rush, I forgot my wallet and my brand new phone didn’t have the wallet set up yet. I’m not suggesting anyone try this, but with nothing but a promise that I would come back to pay, these guys trusted me enough to just go ahead and make me food. I couldn’t believe it. It’s apparently a family run place. They didn’t want me to miss hot food while I went back to get my money. Now these are folks that care about how their food is serviced. I got the special for the day and it was perfect. Served hot, chicken was plump and tender. Their daily special is less than $11, including a drink. What a deal. I will definitely try to come back with my others. Highly recommend these guys for their awesomeness.

Great food, great hospitality, great atmosphere. 100% recommend

It was my first time having Peruvian food. The staff member who helped us was always ready and excited to answer any questions we had about the food. I had the Emoliente drink while I waited for the order from their a la carte menu; it was fantastic--similar to lemonade, but with a more unique flavor, made fresh in house.

My main dish was Lomo Saltada and it came fast for a dish they make on the spot. It was absolutely delicious. Very savory. I usually don't eat a lot of rice, but i just had to soak up the juices from the dish after i was finished and keep the flavor going. The fries that came with it were very deliciously seasoned; I could eat a dish of just those. On top of all that it had a little cup of some yellow sauce that was incredible; I was dipping everything into it and eventually drizzled it over...
