Kratom and Company — Local services in Fort Walton Beach

My husband loved this store. He thought the people were friendly and helpful, and the prices were relatively reasonable. They gave him little free gifts when they shipped orders. His orders always arrived quickly. My husband is dead. Kratom can interact seriously and sometimes fatally with prescription medications, causing respiratory depression or cardiopulmonary arrest. Are the people who own this shop any more to blame for his death than a liquor store who sold whiskey to someone killed in a drunk driving accident? Maybe not. He was an adult. He made his choices. But the shop is selling this snake oil without ever mentioning that the substance has the potential to cause sudden death, and without offering customers a list of drugs with which kratom can interact. Not the happiest right now. I stopped in today because the Kratom master shop here in Destin was sold out. I asked where to go and they Recommended this place. I bought the Bentuangie because the Bentuangie I get from Kratom Masters is amazing. It sedates me, Gives me euphoria, helps with pain and Is very relaxing. Im new to Kratom and did not know there could be a difference in quality. The Bentuangi I got from you guys doesn't feel anything like the bentuangi I get from Kratom masters. I bought a 70 dollar bag too.. Im going to call tomorrow and I hope they refund me or allow me to swap for a different strain. I hear the Red Bali is supposed to be good. Idk. The staff at this location are friendly and helpful and cordial (not so much at the Pensacola location; young guy always seems super annoyed people are interrupting whatever he is doing in the back, he was pretty rude and short with a friend of mine who simply had a question of clarification)

MY ONLY COMPLAINT (for both locations) - the capsules are barely filled, you can squish them together with your finger, they should be as packed as possible - which you can do because I emptied 2 and put the contents of both back into a single one. That's just bad deceptive business
