Horrible. Not even worth one star. Went in at 2:10 pm on a Sunday. Ordered 2 drinks and a cheeseburger at kiosk. There was a group of about 8 people ordering at the same time on another kiosk. We were the only people in the store. My ticket printed at 2:13. We waited until 2:35, when a lady from the other group questioned an employee about their order. The employee apologized and said the she was the only person working when they arrived. At this point, I decided to ask for a refund. The lady passed by me about two minutes later and said she would be right with me. I just spoke up and said I needed a refund. At that point, she turned her head toward the back of the kitchen and yelled some person's name and said that they were needed up front to do a refund. I heard a voice from the back of the kitchen saying he would be there in just a minute. About 5 minutes later he walks up with the bags for the large customer order and then one bag for me. When he handed me my bag he told me have a good day and I said I would really rather have a refund, and he said why you got your food and I said but you didn't make my drinks. It was a McFlurry and a shake. He said it would only take a minute and I told him fine I will take it if it won't be another 10 minutes. He walked to the back to make the drinks, I reached in the bag and felt the cheeseburger to find that it was cold. When he brought the drinks to me I told him that the cheeseburger was cold and that was unacceptable. He apologized and said they would redo it. About 2 minutes later he came back and said I gave you a new one. This was for my granddaughter. When we got in the car I gave it to her and she opened it, took a bite from it and immediately burned her tongue on an extremely hot pickle. I was so angry I should have turned around right then and went back to confront them about microwaving the cheeseburger. Instead I just decided I would call the number at their store to complain. Read moreI ordered 2 large frappes through the app and upon arrival a very disrespectful guy talked to me at the drive through where he checked me in (charged my card) and waived me to the second window. At the second window I was told that they don’t have the drinks I have ordered (yet they went ahead and charged me anyway!) and I need to pick something else or otherwise I’ll have to get on the phone with customer service to get a refund. I asked why did they charge me for something that they knew they don’t have but I didn’t get an answer. Gave me an option to drive across town to pick up my order so I went with it.
When arriving at the other location across town I was told that I had to park and go inside I cannot just get my drinks I drove here for at the drive through window. After some wait I was presented with two sorry looking frappes that was only filled to about ¾ of the way. I asked if I may have two full drinks as I’ve paid for it and it’s not a favor for me like they have handled it I’ve got attitude but luckily a nearby manager told them to fix another one. So after driving through town and waiting for a while to get what I’ve paid for I got even more attitude and another set of sorry looking ¾ cup of frappes. At that point I just gave up and walked away to share my story as a cautionary tale in case you would think about getting anything from a Fort Walton Beach McDonald’s.

Read moreBefore I begin I ordered from DoorDash so I fully understand that any “refunds” would need to be done though them and it was but EVERY other experience I had to include talking with corporate and management was appalling. Food was ordered and everything for the kids was missing with the exception of a single burger. We did the refund process though DoorDash but called to notify them of the mistakes and issues with the order. The woman who answered the phone at 1335 told me that it was not her issue and was the drivers issue there was zero care in the issue only that it WAS SOMONE ELSE FALT and refused to give me their name though they claimed to be the manager which was a reoccurring sentiment even from your corporate office. I am disgusted with your entire business model if all you will ever do is blame someone else and then the person I talked to from your corporate office at 1338 refused to even hear anything out and said exactly. “You have to do the complaint with DoorDash” so you’re telling me that a complained about your establishment you do not care about whatsoever. If the owner of this franchise even cares or reads these reviews which if how this entire interaction went is any indication they are absent owners, but no other business would be able to get away with this much disregard and lack of caring.
