The service was quick, but the carhop needs to learn a lesson in mannerism and how to address customers, don't argue with them! I pulled into one stall just this evening and as soon as I pressed the red button, I was told they can't hear me on their side. Then I moved a few more stalls up, placed my order and it was out quickly, and when the carhop told me the total, I asked her if they received my payment, and she claimed their card swipe doesn't work. I told her maybe their boss should look at having this discrepancies fixed, and she told me in a very assertive manner that several systems don't have working screens, or the microphones don't work, or they payment systems don't work. I then told her that if they inform their corporate office, then she cuts me off and tells me "we've had this conversation before" like I'm supposed to remember who she is and says they aren't corporate owned and it costs too much money for the store to invest in repairing their equipment. I then began to say "well if you're CEO" then she just walks off and back inside. If she is going to have that attitude towards customers, she doesn't need to be in the restaurant business period. I don't care if she's 28 or not, you DO NOT talk to the customer who pays your paycheck like they are your damn friend! Further more, this store also shorted my order and did not put fries in my order. I am disgusted with the level of service from this store and will not frequent this...
Read moreVery discouraged with the service; so we showed up at Sonic's around 8:30 -9pm this night it wasn't all that busy and it took them a long time to get our order correct; this happened 3 times on 5/28/22 it was a horrible mess. The girl did not take our two separate orders right. It took her a long time to get back to us with a response and the machine did not take our card; the guy that came around had to take it inside. Each order was at least $30 and we were there at least 45 minutes which was not necessary for it to take so long. It took them three times to correct each order which was #1-#2-#3 and there was no bacon which my husband asked them for and a chocolate milkshake. My daughter ordered the same with an order of Chili tots and 2 milkshakes and my granddaughter wanted no mayonnaise on her cheeseburger in which there was so much mayo even after scraping it off it was a mess. I had to order another cheeseburger for her with no mayo ( which she did not eat after the wait time) and was charged for it. We finally left we were all unhappy because they still managed to get it wrong even when we took the meal home. They didn't even make the attempt to fix this problem; the guy who brought us the meal just kept apologizing for the mixup and by this time we just wanted to leave. Read moreWe mobile ordered 2- 44oz drinks that's all no food at all. My husband and I sat and waited for 40 minutes for our drinks. When they knew we were there waiting. There were at least 5 employees standing around chatting,dancing doing nothing. I could see our drinks sitting on the counter through the see through window right in front of us. The had been done and just sitting there and every employee walked by them at least 6-7 times. Then when we finally received our drinks they acted as if they didn't know we were sitting there for 40 minutes. They saw us sitting there waiting and did nothing. They were bringing food and drinks to everyone else that had come after us, way after us. My husband and I have been here several times and it's always like this. They just don't seem to care or want to be bothered to do their job. It's frustrating and ridiculous that it's always such a complete horrendous situation when we come here. The kicker is that we always use our mobile app. There's always excuses and complete lack of customer service. Sonic you need to do way way way better. Your customers are the ones that keep you open and your employees...
