Taco Bell — Restaurant in Mary Esther

FYI, this is my most recent experience, later in the evening on a Monday in between 8-9pm, I've had other pretty typically decent experiences here as well, don't want anyone to get the wrong idea...Turrrrblght on ticket, wrong in the bag, well was just missing one item, lady at drive thru was kinda rude, maybe just new, but came off moreso the preceding. Food was alright I reckon. TBell on eglin always seems quicker, better, with people that may not enjoy work, but don't take it out on you if they aren't, gotta do what we all do when we worked where we didn't or don't still want to... Suck it up and act cheerful-ish, this taco ball not chick fila though so it doesn't have to be that how may I serve you level of cheer lol. Just deducted 1 star cause it's not a bad place, probably just a new employee or one who's ready to quit.. I couldn't be in her shoes, I did 2 weeks at a taco Bell as a teenager and no call no showed the 3rd week, fast food wasn't my thing and about all I could do efficiently after 2 weeks was clean and take orders at the register so, I'm not trying to pass any judgement, I love my job but have some days where I don't want to be at work and unnecessarily take it out on others.. with all that said though, there's been plenty of other times when I used to come to this one to get food where the experience was 5/5 regularly, maybe with an occasional slip up. My advice to this taco Bell is though... Whoever owns it GET US A STEAK AND SHAKE. YALL HAD 2 TACO BELLS ACROSS THE STREET FROM ONE ANOTHER BACK IN THE DAY, Listen to me, open up a S&S here, on Mary Esther is perfect, and open up a dang WA-WA's... Those 2 stores on Mary Esther Ct off or at Mary Esther and 98 where the roads meet would make a killllllliiinnnnngggggg, guaranteed, would put my lefty on the line that WA WAs would see 1,000 customers by 10am almost every single week day, and steak and shake, I'd be willing to put my righty on the line that if y'all opened one up in the dang projects here it would stillllll stay packed... This 1.5 hour drive to get my stake and shake fill is GARBAGE.. wa was to me is a less of a necessity, but more of a luxury.. Cefco is like a mini... A really mini WAWAs, without the variety in food, but the food offered is gooooooood. Find myself getting breakfast at Cefco 3 days a week normally, a WAWA would see me 5-7 times a week, potentially multiple times throughout the day 😂 rant over, just a disappointed guy that ate taco Bell again and not...

BE CAREFUL WITH THE NIGHT CREW! And they are trying to run a scam! And how they’re doing that is by telling people at the drive-through speaker that they’re having difficulties with the drive-through register and can just pull up to the second window to place your order there. Well, since your ability to see what the total cost of each individual item is now gone, there’s no real way of knowing for sure if you’re being charged correctly per item that you order. The lady that tried this on me was not a good actress at all. First, she kept asking me to repeat the few simple items that I ordered and continue to act as if she was submitting them in her register, which I was just informed that the speaker didn’t work. Her next issue was she ended up, giving me back less changed, and I was owed, which of course then really made me suspicious of what was going on. So after receiving our food, and realizing only half of it was what we actually ordered, and the other half was something that we did not order, I pulled around to the front of the store where I then Walked in and voiced my complaint personally and pulled out the individual items and then I proceeded to question the lady that was in the drive-through that had just taken my order if she remembered me specifically ordering certain items. But to my surprise, she was very defensive, and acted as if she had no clue what I was talking about and although I asked what her name was several times because I noticed she didn’t have a name tag on, she refused to answer that question, but then the MOD made her presence be known and I guess because she could obviously tail that I was on to whatever kind of scam they were on, she just voided the whole order and had the kitchen crew remake everything that I just ordered and this so without me having to pay a dime for any of it. Although I was happy to not have to pay nearly $40 for this order, I am in total disbelief that a entire crew can be in on a scheme like that together. It just makes me wonder how many people were they able to fool in how much of the companies money was stolen that night assuming that every single customer that came through that line fell for it, just as I almost did. Y’all just be careful with some of these Night Shift crews . Especially at the Mary...

Last night my grandson and I visited Taco Bell and it was probably the worst visit at any fast food establishment ever. I first drive up to the drive thru and since it was wrapped around the building I decided to go inside. I backed up and parked. In amazement, there was a couple with a small child waiting for there food and a couple sitting in the restaurant. The nice young man took my order. 15 items total.. After about 10 the couple that was in front of us finally recieved there order. The pickup truck that I drove up behind recieved there food and left. The couple sitting inside left. We were still waiting. The guy that helped us was sent to the back so it was ONLY my grandchild and myself inside waiting. Waiting....After no acknowledgements from any one working I ask for a manager. The manager comes up and say the they were taking orders in the drive thru and got caught up with getting them taking care of. I explained that I wouldn't have come inside to wait triple the time and that I was behind a truck that recieved his food 15 minutes ago. I am not the complaining type but that really did it for me. As I was talking to her the extremely rude guy that was preparing food(in eye view the entire time) came up and tossed the bag in the counter without an apology. The manager saw the whole thing but no response!! She offered a dessert. So he brings up a bag and just sits it down and walks away. As I was picking my bags as we were leaving a guy walks in. I say if you are in a hurry you may want to get back in that long line in the drive thru. I had to wait 30 minutes inside....
