As a loyal patron, I believe it is crucial to bring to your attention the concerning disparity in treatment that I observed during my visit. Firstly, I would like to commend the male employee who handled my transaction. His demeanor was both courteous and professional, and he executed my order accurately, ensuring that I was acknowledged and thanked appropriately. However, my experience with the other staff members, particularly the two female employees, was regrettably subpar. Upon entering the establishment, I was disheartened to find that no one greeted me, setting a tone of indifference from the onset. As I patiently awaited my order, I couldn’t help but notice a discrepancy in the level of enthusiasm and engagement displayed by the employees towards other patrons, primarily those of a different racial background. Contrastingly, when it came to fulfilling my order, the demeanor of the employee handling it noticeably shifted. Not only was my order prepared incorrectly, but the lack of acknowledgment and basic courtesy extended to me was glaringly apparent. Despite bringing the error to the attention of the staff, I was met with dismissiveness and a lack of accountability. Furthermore, the subsequent exchange with one of the female employees, characterized by unprofessional behavior and a refusal to address my concerns, only served to exacerbate my disappointment. It is disheartening to be made to feel unwelcome and disregarded in an establishment that I have consistently supported. Read moreI have been going to this location for a while and it was great and the customer service was nice, but they have all kinds of bugs including roaches … it’s quite disgusting. I didn’t see them until after I got my smoothie they were on the wall where they keep the protein powders and by the cooler where their ice cream and vegetables. I immediately threw my smoothie away when i walked outside. A friend of mine said she saw the manager kill one thinking she didn’t see and he never even cleaned it up he just left it there. I am not okay with this because they are constantly serving customers knowing there are critters all over the place especially where they keep the fruits, protein etc. And I’m not surprised they’re not doing anything about it because all of the other locations are poorly managed and have terrible customer service so i’m sure if they close down due to a bug infestation that they would lose a lot of business. We came into your location, admittedly 20 minutes before close, and there were 2 young individuals working, one male and one female. We ordered 4 smoothies at around 7:40. The employees couldn't remember what we ordered, asked us what we ordered at least 4 times and at 8:27, we just got a refund for the last smoothie because we were done waiting. The store is empty and closed and there are still 5 smoothies sitting on the counter.
As we were watching the 2 employees work, the young man seemed impaired in some way. He was wavering on his feet and holding on to counters. He was messing up orders and then disappearing in the back while the young girl struggled to make sense of what he was doing.
Additionally, when we went to get the refund, the one asking for the refund was charged again instead of being issued a refund.
