this store was a total letdown. Some stuff was alright, prices not too bad, but when it came to essentials, they jacked up the prices like crazy. The cashier? Super rude. I asked him where something was, and he practically shrugged me off. Then, no carts left, so I asked if I could leave a heavy bag by the counter. Nope, he made me put it back where I got it.

And get this, no price tags on anything! Only found out the costs at checkout. I decided to ditch a few pricey items, but my bill was still 80 bucks. Paid up, and he wouldn’t give me my bags until I put back the stuff I didn’t want. Ended with him telling me they don’t need “students” like me.

This store’s near Bennington Heights, where most students live, but you know what? There are other options. Don’t let them think they’ve got us cornered. Check out other Desi stores or get your stuff delivered. Found some places with a $10 max delivery fee. Just Google “desi stores near me” and save yourself the hassle.

I had one of the worst shopping experience here. I shopped a cart full of things in the store. They have a low lying cart which comes up to the knee. I lifted and kept the cart on the billing counter and the lady at the billing asked me to put it down and keep all items on the counter instead. I said it is very inconvenient and lot of effort to bend and keep all the things from the cart on the counter in that manner. She was rude and not ready to take out the things from the cart kept on the counter and said this is the way every one does. I had to bend down fully more than 20 times to keep all the things on the counter and was very strenuous to my back. I will not shop from this store again and advise not to shop from there. There other Indian stores near by which gives far better...

Used be such a nice store but recently a few of the employees have been really rude during uncomfortable conversations. Tried to return an expired snack and was accused of buying the snack from somewhere else.

Found the snack in store and showed it to them and then Logic went out the window and I was informed that this is US and they have cameras. There was no point in continuing the conversation after that.

All I can do is not give them my business any more and probably let my friends know. I still couldn't bring myself to give them 1 star because I really...
