6 out of 5 stars – Lisa is a national treasure
Okay so listen. I walked into this dispensary just trying to get a little something to unwind after watching 4 hours of reality TV that somehow gave me more anxiety. Enter: LISA.
Now Lisa has only been working there for like… 6 days. Maybe even less. Honestly I think she still had that new employee smell. But let me tell you—Lisa handled my chaotic energy like a seasoned budtender-slash-therapist.
I was out here asking things like, “What’s something that will make me feel like a warm croissant but also not eat an entire rotisserie chicken at 3AM?” and Lisa, without hesitation, gave me THREE recommendations and a hug with her eyes.
She didn’t even flinch when I called one strain “emotional support lettuce.” That’s professionalism.
Plus, she laughed at my terrible jokes (or at least pretended to) which honestly should qualify her for a raise immediately.
Lisa, if you’re reading this: you’re amaze balls. Like, I-want-you-on-my-apocalypse-team amaze balls. Don’t ever leave. Protect Lisa at all costs.

Going in started off with staff struggling to scan my med card(it happens), after 5 minutes and now 4 people behind me to get checked in we get me in the system and taken back. I had to explain in great detail what Vibe Live Rosin is to the budtender(he said he was new) to get it added, then asked for Smokies Sweet Blue Razz gummies, he asks me like 3 times to confirm what they are and says they're sold out(the website says otherwise and would've allowed me to do a pickup order so obviously in stock) and was given a different option okay. I called to speak with a manager and was told "the managers on break so you'll have to call some other time". I've never had such a bad experience much less my first experience. Edit: After seeing the immediate response(which i greatly appreciate) and reviewing some other receipts it does seem i was incorrect as allotment may have updated. Read moreI understand people get tired and are ready to get off but if your open until a certain time you work until that time I placed a to go order I get to the drive thru at 8:58 they close at 9 the lady was at the drive thru window and wait to say anything then when it got to 8:59 she said “ o I’m sorry we’re closed “ I said we already placed a to go order and it’s 8:59 . She proceeded to say sorry we’re close at 9 I said as long as you took to say something to us and waiting to tell use your closed you could have process the order in that time she proceeded to say sorry I’m closed I to me I know it was closed to closing time but she most definitely could have filled the order it wasn’t like I was placing a order the order was already placed and paid for I just had to pick it up so now I forfeit my order and deal because the lazyness of the employee that’s bad business and I will not...
