First time at this place. We were really happy with the Pizza! The crust and toppings were just right! The sauce was acceptable. A really good pizza for the price. Nice laid back atmosphere. Great value as we loaded up our pizza! It is worth a try. The associates were a little cold but that's okay, they did a nice job! One associate saw my Autism shirt and said he had Autism as well. He was working very hard and was the most friendly of all the people working. A very good meal and experience!

OMG, the best addition to this neighborhood. We needed a replacement for our Il Vicino's wood fired pizza in Clayton that burned down a few years ago. This is not wood-fired, but a 700 degree gas oven makes the same crisp edged pizza that we like. Choose your toppings, sauce (we like the pesto) or order an off the menu variety and voila. Friendly people and has the wood brick industrial look makes for a good night of eats. We go at least twice a month and not bored yet.

Ordered the Caspian, was given mushrooms instead of red onion. I was hate reviewing because I didn’t want to drive 15 mins back across town, but I did and the amazing cashier was so kind and apologetic. They took my order being careful of my one modification and made sure the team had it out on the double in the middle of a rush. It seemed as though they had some new hires as well so again I’m sorry for the scathing review over a minor error. Amazing customer service!

I’ve never had to make a bad review before and never thought I’d have to until today. There were great times I have had there. I went to this location since they opened. A man named Scott (I believe that was his name), was the manager of this establishment. He was great. He knew how to keep people happy. I actually had a few conversations with this man in the past. Great guy! There should be more people like him in that position. He left and a new guy came in. I don’t know his name. I went there quite often with my daughters and never saw this new guy that took over. But the managers that have been there are great and made my time there worth coming back for! The past few months, I haven’t gone as much. There was a time I went, about one month ago, maybe a little longer than that, I had something wrong with my pizza. I asked to speak to the manager. There was only three of them, with a line out the door. They told me their manager has left. I asked for the manager of the store, since the manager on duty wasn’t there. They told me that he was the one who left and they don’t know how long he will be. Who would leave a staff of three young people alone during a busy time like that? One person looked like he had no clue what he was doing. It may have been an emergency for all I know. But I know plenty of people who run different establishments and this would have never happened. I felt pity for them, I wanted to jump back there and help! I’ve been a handful of times since that night. I went the other day and had to wait about 15 minutes for my pizza. It just is not the same as it used to be. The new managers there are just rude. Nobody there seems to enjoy themselves anymore. There used to be some great people there. I don’t know what happened to them but since I’ve noticed a few of their normal staff not being there anymore, it has really changed. I do not recommend going to this store. I have changed my mod pizza home to the ladue store. They are absolutely...

Oh my goodness. I don't know where to begin! This place is beyond amazing in every possible way. I had high expectations walking in and my expectations were far exceeded. To begin with, even though this place is extremely packed, the moment you walk through the door you are greeted by multiple exuberant and friendly smiling employees from across the counter. The choices are endless, from sauces to veggies to meats and there is no additional cost no matter how many toppings you add! This is mind boggling to me, especially considering the quality and wide selection of toppings. When you get to the counter to have your pizza made the customer service is almost overwhelming. All the employees have great personalities and senses of humor. They make it a fun experience and you can tell they are enjoying themselves while still being extremely efficient and productive. They also have a great drink selection including multiple draft beers and bottled beers as well. I loved their fresh lemonade and teas and had to try every one I enjoyed them so much. The wait was not long, especially considering how busy it was and the pizza was to die for. The crust is amazingly flaky and the ingredients were so fresh and delicious. I couldn't believe I only paid $7.50 for the best pizza I have ever tasted. I would also like to acknowledge their cleanliness. The man cleaning tables was fast and meticulous and it did not go unrecognized by myself. All in all an incredible experience. I never write reviews for any places, but after this experience, I was compelled to sing their praises. If you haven't been here, go! You do not know what you have been missing! Don't be intimidated by the long line, it moves quickly and the pizza...

Terrible. first I show up to the Florissant store to pick up my order I placed 6/5 and they are all of a sudden not open on mondays. 7 day a week advertised by the company though. There was no confirmation text or email to me stating that my online order had gone anywhere other than my usual store, florrisant. I had to hunt it down in Maryland Heights by checking my bank transactions. This store is 30 minutes away from my house, and not somewhere I can just pop over to to grab a pizza. When I called the Maryland Heights store to have them cancel the order after I finally figured out what had happened the associate who answered the phone, guy named Brent I think, gave me the corporate email and straight up refused to refund my order saying "it sometimes doesn't work when I do it on my machine, I didn't take your order bro. I can't run a business making pizzas and talking to you". Who wouldn't be angry with that experience starting with the florrisant store still somehow processing orders to a store 30m away? How exactly is their issues with their store staffing and order routing and lack of communication with the customer MY fault? Better hope everything always goes swimmingly dealing with this company because when it comes time to stand up and do the right thing.. They'll give you a dead end email address, tell you they don't have time for their customers and hang up on you. Well played store staff! Must be why you're...
