Pizza Connection — Restaurant in Maryland

I ordered a meat lovers pizza, western fries, and a Hawaiian pizza from slice which apparently is a company that works with Pizza& Subs( The pizza connection). After the order was delivered to my home, I noticed that everything was correct except the meat lovers pizza. I immediately called Alice customer service and was informed that they called the pizza connection and was told that the owner made it himself and that it should be beef, sausage and pepperoni on the pizza. I let them know that on the site it displays meat lovers as ( ham, bacon, and pepperoni) and for the meat lovers deluxe it was the same toppings but with beef and sausage added. Two had one person take two slices and check them and it was sausage and pepperoni.

At first, slice offered me $5.00 refund for the order being messed up even after I pod $12 for the meat lovers, then he said that when he called the pizza connection they told him they were too busy to do anything.

I drove to pizza connection and explained what happened, I even brought the pizza to show the owner and he explained to me that it’s not his fault that it is messed up and it may not be my fault but I should get $5.00 from slice. He said that his menu has that the deluxe has ham and bacon. I asked what can be done since I the customer had nothing to do with either of the mess ups and he said I don’t know. Then he asked me if I think that it’s fare for him to have to give back $5.00 and still make the right pizza.

My main issue is that my child cannot have sausage and neither can I. I drove after having it delete red for him to be rude and tell me that it’s not his fault and that he’s not fixing the problem. He then answered the phone and ignored me before I could ask him anything else.

The pineapple pizza was good enough and so were the western fries but I will not be ordering from this place again. They do not treat their customers well. His menu by the way didn’t have what was on a meat lovers which is also a problem for customers.

Owner is Depo or Depot Location-...

We moved here from NJ a year ago and this has been our go to place at least once a week ( less than 3 minutes away). NOT ANYMORE! NEVER AGAIN!! Last week when we went to pick the order up they had "forgot" to put our extra large pizza in the oven, making us wait for 20 minutes while the rest of the order was done and sat there. Last night I ordered for delivery, an hour later no food, my phone was off but my family was waiting for the food. They told me it never came, I check my phone and the driver called and texted BUT NEVER KNOCKED OR RANG THE RING DOORBELL. I called and was told they did knock, to which I replied I have 2 dogs that would have barked, believe me they did not knock. They offered to have me wait while the driver finished the other deliveries and she would come back. NOOOO, I don't want old food. They were not willing to send a fresh order stating how the driver knocked putting the fault on me. So at 9pm my family had still not eaten. I told them to cancel the order and how they just lost a customer that orders every week. Although their food is exceptional, their customer service is not and they lost me as a customer. I never leave negative reviews, but this place making 2 mistakes to a regular patron without even trying to make it right...

On today Friday, September 1, 2023 at 1:32pm. I stopped here to get some lunch. I asked the guy who took my order to toast my sub roll. Instead of him doing what I requested him to do. I saw him take the sub roll and started cutting my sub roll in half and started adding mayo and hots. So I asked him was that my sub he was making and his reply was Yes, so I asked him why didn't he toast my sub roll before putting the toppings on it. He going to tell me he do it the way he want to do it and I said to him No, you will do it the way I asked you to do it since I'm paying for it. So he going to tell me if I want it done my way I need to go buy a grill and toast my own sub roll. So I told him since I'm paying for this sub you're going to do it the way I asked you to do it or just give me my money back. I bet you if it was a caucasian person he would've did it the way they asked him to do it. I will be filing a complaint against this restaurant. You will definitely remember how to talk to a BLACK MAN after today!!! Give me the same RESPECT that you give to...
