Poké Bowl — Restaurant in Maryland

The small amount of fish on my bowl was still frozen. It wasn’t slightly frozen, it was straight up crunchy frozen. I went to return it and they did not apologize, saying their refrigerator was “very cold.” The fish was FROZEN. I have been eating sushi of all kinds for over 15 years and have never in my life bit into Frozen Fish. It was awful. When I returned my bowl they didn’t even give me all my money back and refused to apologize. I was so upset I just took the dollar less. It was also the least amount of fish I have ever gotten from them. I was so excited to return after quarantine as this used to be my all time favorite place to go but clearly they have gone downhill and are now being chintzy with fish. Just a warning to those who used to think this place was the bees...

I placed an order at this restaurant for the very first time through GrubHub and when my food arrived I thought the restaurant messed up my order. I called the restaurant right away and told them about my issue and right away I spoke with the owner who stated that they were going to remake my order and deliver it to my address personally. No questions asked just very understandable about my troubles. Once the driver got here and they showed me where I was in fact wrong and they did make my order right I was one embarrassed and two thankful. They didn’t make me feel bad for my mistake, but instead simply replaced my order. I will definitely be returning customer, my apologies to the owner for my mistake and thank you for rectifying the situation...

Me and a friend went in the middle of the day on a Saturday a little earlier this month and were greatly disappointed at the lack of service. I read the reviews and had already picked out what I wanted to order. I was so excited to try them out. They were open but someone was in the back and did not come to the front and the woman sitting next to the register was on her phone and seemingly uninterested in helping paying customers, so she ignored us as we stood there waiting to be serviced. We were the only ppl in the restaurant. Very unprofessional. We will not be back and I would not recommend. Things like this have you wondering was it me? Is it because I’m black?
