Worst customer service!!! Never going there again I don't even wanna give 1 star. We were 5 friends went in at 9:30 pm to get ice cream, the lady working there was very Rude, we ordered ice cream she SLAMMED the ice cream door after packing the scoop. If you people don't wanna serve the ice cream until 10:00 pm why do you even open the store, just close the store and change the timings of the store!!! By the attitude of her We just got 2 ice creams and even while paying she gave us an attitude. And we are about to leave then she said something looking at all of us, I couldn't hear. Then I asked one of my friends what she said? Then her co worker noticed me and gave a panic look at me..

Not only us the customer who was before us she also passed of her behavior..

Suggestion: don't go to this place after 9:00 pm if you do, you just don't get an ice cream served but also attitude of her. Kinda...

This isn't the 1st time we've received poor service at this location, but tonight's visit takes the cake. So much so, I'm actually taking the time to write a review. If 0 stars were an option... "Service" couldn't have been more rude or slow, acting like my kids & I were interrupting their screen time by patronizing their business around 7:30 tonight. Took over a minute to put down their phone & stand up (from the counter they were sitting on), before slowly making their way to the ice-cream freezers. Once there, the "effort" didn't improve, taking 3 times as long to make milkshakes as anyone I've previously seen. Meanwhile a line formed, with people who's look grew increasingly irritated by the complete lack of effort. Thank God Scoops opened a few...

Must be new management. Have been patron to this location over 20 years. Recent changes have caused service, product to suffer. Ordered medium original cappuccino blast approx $7.00. After leaving store realized Server, did not know the recipe. Accepted prep, walked out to car. When tasted, cappuccino coffee not present. I did see prep; ice cream; milk; ice but no coffee. Went back in, asked if coffee was in mix, preparer asked if I could taste coffee? Even with jomoca flavored ice cream, consistency was watery, not typical smoothie texture. Offered me regular $1.50 coffee; would not taste, test or look at blast; nor to prep another. Didn't offer to return money or products equal $7.00 cost of blast. Even coffee was weak...
