If you care about your health, DO NOT eat here. My family and I ate here today, 30 Oct 21, and the food was terrible alongside the management services. If I could rate a zero (0) I would.
Our first compliant was hair on a piece of fried chicken. When we complained to the waitress, she told us to hold on and she got some guy, I'm assuming is the manager. Once he arrived, he told us the piece of hair was chicken hair. We told him, no, we're very familiar with fried chicken and that is not chicken hair. After showing him how the hair was fried into the chicken, he pulled the piece of hair out of the skin of the chicken and examined it more closely, he said, "Well, this is a buffet and we have to pay the rent and we have to pay for the food." I asked, "What does that have to do with a piece of hair on their chicken?" He replied, "It's a buffet."
This nonchalant attitude was atrocious and unprofessional. After explaining how unacceptable this was and demanding a refund, he finally agreed to a refund but continued his terrible attitude and told us to go get another piece of chicken from the buffet.
After that issue, my seven year old son found a bug crawling in his watermelon. Again, we showed the waitress and she asked, "What would we like her to do?" At this point, we had enough. We took the plate with the watermelon to the cashier, who was also the manager guy from earlier and showed him the bug crawling. He told us again, "To go get more from the buffet." He said, "It's a fly." I swatted at the bug to show him, it's not a fly. The bug continued to crawl around the watermelon, and I told the manager that his unprofessional and careless attitude towards us as customers and unsanitary food conditions were intolerable and that I would be filing an official complaint.
Bottom line up front, DO NOT eat from here, if you value your health and the sanitary preparations of your food. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like and how much bad food is served at this place for the value of the might dollar.
I've attached pics of the bug on the watermelon and the hair on the chicken plate. I have videos and receipts...
Read moreMy family and I decided to enjoy a beautiful Sunday at this what we thought was gonna be a nice buffet to try. Needless to say, we were very disappointed with the atmosphere the staff and just the overall service that we received.
The fact that my family and I spent over $100 to even get inside, and the food did not meet our standards makes us not want to come back here at all.
Not to mention that there is a two hour limit that you can be there.. they don’t tell you that though, it’s at the bottom of the receipt. ( and yes they make sure u leave before the two hours are up)
Our server… I’m not sure if she acts like this on a regular basis or was just simply having a bad day. But based off the first impression of her, it came off as if she is prejudice. She constantly watched over us as we ate, Never said hello or what her name was. Never asked us did we need anything. If we asked her for something, she would catch an attitude with us like she didn’t want us asking for anything. At times when we when we got up to get another plate of food, she will follow us and will have this look on her face, as if why are you getting another plate of food?… but yet it’s a buffet.
The only thing my family and I enjoyed was the fried chicken, the soup and the fruit. The drinks were OK, but near the end, she watered them down..
Is safe to say that we all walked out of there with headaches and stomach aches, simply from feeling congested in there people constantly coughing, fragrances from cologne/perfumes the smell of the different foods. It was very overwhelming.
Once my family and I decided to get up and leave.she was quick to hurry up and clean up before we even left from the table and even followed us up to the front to make sure I guess we were actually leaving.
The bathrooms weren’t clean and even witness the servers putting food that was dropped back into the other food.
Try at your own risk. But for a family of six that was simply trying to enjoy their Sunday afternoon. Our first time being there. We definitely will not be going back. If I could give it zero stars, I...
Read moreFirst time not what I am use to for an Asian buffet. Nonetheless, when Rome do as the Roman’s do. It was relatively quiet and empty. The young lady I encountered at the front desk was short on patience. I don’t know if it was because of the small child hanging on to her. As I had never been there or any Asian buffet in the area I had no clue about the seating style. When I inquired I was told I could sit any where in the direction she pointed in. The waitress came to the table I chose and asked me what I was drinking. I gave her my drink order at which point she threw a straw at the table and walked away. I walked through the many tables of food not that impressed it was the typical. Since they probably posted seafood on their door you would think great assortment of seafood. Not really. Very small snow crab clusters that have been over boiled yet still salty as heck. Then you have crab claw clusters that have been fried and seasoned in whatever the overcooked shrimp prawns are batter and cooked in. Just like the prawns they are overcooked as well and too salty. The going theme is over salt the food so it have you drinking more and eating less.
I had a great spot to be able to observe the waitresses behavior with the other customers. There was definitely a common theme in the room.
I was very disappointed that there wasn’t any sushi rolls. I was all able to make some type of meal without feeling totally robbed. Was it an $19 experience for me absolutely not. Will I ever go back. Probably not unless I’m with someone greedy who could care less about taste...
