I chose this establishment out of two other interesting options. The tuna sub from the picture on the window is what drew me in, but when I got inside I ultimately ended up choosing the small Bobbie sub. I gave the sub 4 stars for the simple fact that I did not know it was going to be served cold, but was pretty good nonetheless. I definitely prefer hot subs, which is what I thought I was going to get, but didn’t get a chance to notice due to the disposition manner of the cashier; which is the main reason I’m leaving this review. This was my first time there, so I wanted to check the menu out to see what I wanted. I even stood back from the counter. The cashier whose name is Amanda came to the counter like I was taking too long to make my mind up; but yet I wasn’t even at the counter yet. Her demeanor and facial expressions gave off a negative vibe like I needed to hurry up and make my mind up, and I wasn’t even in the building(or at the counter) a good 1-2 minutes. When I walked to the counter she still seemed irritated because I was deciding between the cheesesteak and the Bobbie. I chose the Bobbie, but felt rushed to do so. It was not busy, I think it was one other customer waiting for their food. I really didn’t appreciate the experience.

I had the opportunity to visit my friend in Maryland, and I stopped by a sub shop that blew me away. I walked out with two incredible subs: a Wagyu Philly cheesesteak—let me emphasize, a WAGYU PHILLY CHEESESTEAK—and a sub called "the Bobby." Honestly, I was seriously considering relocating just for this shop! 😭😩 By the way, the picture here is of "the Bobby." Oh my gosh, it’s like Thanksgiving in a sub! I would order this every day if I could!! Until next time! 😫🙏 - Texan approved

I got one of their signature subs, the Bobbie (I think that’s it’s name), overall it was ok. The turkey was definitely dry and there wasn’t enough cranberry sauce to balance it out. The sub that they used though was good and did taste fresh. Service was pretty fast too. Decent enough place if you’re in the mood for a sub. My recommendation - travel to NJ and find out how subs should be, and emulate them!

The Classic steak and cheese sandwich was okay very small I ordered through doordash which is misleading, because on the menu from Capriotti's if you look it up online, it states that the sandwich for a half is $7.99 then for a small sub is $12.99 but doordash I guess raised the price because now all of a sudden my $12.99 steak & cheese sandwich became $15.99 and all the places I've ever gone to to get a sub, you have the choice to order a half a sub or a whole sub this place gives you a little teeny sandwich for $12.99 if you went in there if you go through doordash it's $15.99 plus their fee. If you order the half it's $9.99⁹ the medium sized I forgot the price but I think the large was $25.99 on doordash what the heck I've never heard of a half of a sub, a small sub, a medium sub and a large sub I've heard of a half or a whole or some places offer a party sub which is very large I will never order from doordash again the driver was fine but the door dash rips you off when it comes to the prices I think the restaurants are the ones who should give doordash a discount off the regular price in order for doordash to make money not put it off on the customers who are giving Capriotti's business and let the customer tip the driver ! the salad was another thing $13.99 for supposedly a large salad it wasn't that big and the lettuce had an irony taste which means it wasn't rinsed properly I won't be going back to capriotti's and I won't be ordering from doordash ever again my car is in the shop I'll ride my bike instead of paying an arm and a leg for a tiny salad and a tiny sub from Capriotti's through...

This is the 1st visit that I was not at all pleased with the 2 half subs.

The Bobbie is my all time favorite. Unfortunately this Bobbie was literally stuffing and cranberry. Where's the turkey??? The turkey portion was like it was an afterthought as it barely had any on the sub. Very disappointed 😥

The Wagyu roast beef sub was not as ordered. Requested the bun toasted and it wasn't. This is the only way a family member will eat it so had to toast it once I was home. Entirely toooo much lettuce and not enough roast beef. Also a disappointment.

The rewards App is suppose to allow you to show the QRS code to the cashier to get your points. The cashier had NO idea what I was talking about and another employee said it was up to ME to scan rhw barcode from the receipt. Needless to say, I attempted to do just that and it wouldnt process it so NO POINTS!!

Capriottis is a special SPLURGE for us so was really looking forward to it. Hopefully they were just...
