This location isn't very efficient when they're busy and will often make mistakes when I order from here. Since this is the closest location from where I live, I will sometimes oder pickup from from here, usually through the mobile app. However, there have been multiple instances where they did not prepare my order correctly (missing items or toppings). I once caught that my baconzilla was missing an additional patty before leaving the location and came back through the drivethrough to have my order corrected. But, when I checked the CORRECTED order, it was missing bacon. They weren't even busy, so I had just given up and went home at that point. I recently ordered from them again through their mobile app (another baconzilla). I had arrived about 12 minutes later to pickup my order, but had to wait an additional 5 minutes for it, even though customers who had arrived after me had received their orders way before me. I wasn't too upset about this, since there was a nearby event happening, so they were pretty busy at the time. But what had really irritated me about this visit was that the cashier assumed I was there to place an order and not for pickup, even though I had arrived at the order pickup window. About a minute after I had arrived, instead asking if I was there for pickup and for my name, the cashier came to the window and immediately told me that the left drive through was for "Uber pickup orders only" and that I would have to drive through the right side to place an order. I had to tell her that I had already placed a mobile order and was there for pickup. She initially looked confused (idk how or why) but then told me to wait and she'd be back with my order shortly. This really irritated me because it was weird that she automatically assumed I was there to place an order instead of asking if I was there for pickup, and she was confused that I had placed a mobile order and not an Uber pickup order. It was also clear that they had not even gotten to my order until I had arrived and asked for it. Once they finally gave me my order, I had found that they, once again, forgot to add bacon to my burger. I didn't even bother going back through the drive thru and went home again. The food is usually fine overall, but they tend to be really forgetful and don't pay attention AT ALL. After observing only two workers on duty and both employees sweating profusely due to the high temperatures and no air-conditioning for them inside, I was surprised at their steady level of politeness and professionalism. I will certainly revisit this location as the food was perfect and the staff was fast and friendly. However, it is ridiculous that these workers are forced to work in high temperatures with no air conditioning system in place. In fact, as they are sweating profusely while preparing and serving food, it would seem that this atmosphere could be a health code violation. The owner ought to be ashamed for not providing the proper work environment for these employees. I'm sure the locations in other jurisdictions where the community is likely more affluent have proper working conditions. My niece and nephew wanted checkers on 7/26/24 so we came to this location where we were met at the drive-thru with a voice that did not want to be there.. that was clearly clear. Upon pulling up, and African-American woman with fire engine red hair came to the window never once responded after I greeted her by saying "hello". Just stated the order I had placed to confirm, closed the window and started making the drinks. As she opened the door back to hand the drinks over I again said "thank you"... No reply. She was very rude even with no response.. someone having a bad day doesn't constitute you taking that out on every person you encounter.
