The staff is friendly, attentive and orders are filled quickly. Orders for seafood or lamb usually take 15 minutes. The portions are generous and worth the wait.
I fell in love with their lamb chops which are a 15 minute wait. Four lamb chops on a bed of rice with your choice of two sides. I have tried their redskin potatoes, mixed vegetables, cabbage, and also their red skinned mashed potatoes. All are very good and mildly seasoned.
The lamb chops are slightly butterflied for even cooking, seasoned to perfection, juicy with a light crisp and almost fall off the bone. You can tell a good lamb chop when you want to suck the rest of the meat off the bone.
They offer a military discount, and have a loyalty program whereby points can be used towards a future purchase.
I recently watched a gentleman who had never eaten there before spending 15 minutes trying to decide what to order. I made a recommendation for the future and finally he placed his order.
I asked him, what do you think now? He said, oh my God the food is awesome and I will be back...
Read moreI've come here a few times and the experience was different each time. The first time was me learning what I wanted and loving all the food. Everything was delicious. That Cilantro Rice was very very delicious and a favorite.
The second time I came I ordered a lot of food and it took 40 minutes for everything to be ready. It was only a Shrimp Burrito, some Pupusas and 3 Empanadas. They were busy but it literally took 40 minutes which was a extremely long wait if you ask me. I also decided to take pictures and a video of the place to put up my review and one of the women was visibly upset that I was recording. I record for when people come to experience this place for themselves and so they can see what the menu look like along with the seating and everything. She definitely was rude after she seen me recording. Her attitude was very rude and disgusting. She kept looking at me and rolling her eyes so that itself was very off-putting. The service there is not the greatest at times, but the food is definitely delicious. The service is not always off-putting, but at times, it can be. The Pupusas are okay, but not as seasoned as I was expecting. The Shrimp Burrito was very very very delicious and the Empanadas will always be a favorite item there. The Chicken, Cilantro rice, Salad, Fish and Salmon is very delicious, so you'll definitely enjoy the food.
The third time I came I, I ordered over the phone the Empanadas, it took me about 25 minutes to get there and as I was waiting to pay, I was never acknowledged, and when I finally was acknowledged and told them the order I was there to pick up, they never put it in for them to make it. So I never received the order because they never made it. They asked me if I would like to wait 20 minutes for them to make it and I could not since I had somewhere to be. I left upset. The last time I came I again ordered over the phone and went to pick up the order. The order was ready which was awesome. I had no issues and was in and out of there within 8 minutes of arrival because I had to wait for them to acknowledge me even though I was already standing at the register to pay, they did take multiple orders before...
Read moreI am a black woman who does uber eats. Yesterday I went to pick up an order and of course there is a designated area for pick up. I went right to that area, there were a few people in line but it was like 2 or 3 workers at the front that could have passed off the picked up. Instead all of them acted TOO busy, they looked at me but didn’t knowledge me. I didn’t say anything I was gunna give it 10 mins and I was going to leave. I’m am sadly use to racism and being stereotyped by the hispanic community. After 5 minutes of not being acknowledged a guy came over and asked for the name and I showed him the name in my phone. There was an order ready for picked up right in front of me and he said “ it’s not ready yet” and stepped off. Mind you this order is just chicken and 2 whites rices, something he could have put together but didn’t. 3 mins after a girl asked me the same thing and I showed her the name and she gave me the bag that had been sitting there the whole time. Now I didn’t say anything because honestly they think we are hostile and angry people. He wanted to see me being aggressive and annoyed with how he treated me, it was intentional for him to make his image of me true. I’m tired of being treated badly because of the color of my skin. This is for my Black people that want to go here and eat I don’t care how this company feels.
Yall can do what yall would like but they stick together as a community and we should do the same. These people don’t like use...
