I have been coming to this location because of the professional customer service I regularly receive and the freshness of the food. Tonight was different. The staff mainly the light skinned female manager was rude, stanfoffish only because a friend and I when we ordered notice the chicken left under the heat lights were dry and had breading detached. We asked for a fresh batch of chicken to be fried. The chicken was low that was on hand and old! The staff and manager was making comments and laughing off to the corner where even the police officer who was there noticed and made a comment to us how they were acting at talking about us. Another manager female Hispanic lady joined in the fun. The eye contact and glares at us along with the conversation was inappropriate. When I waited to gave my order taken the manager purposely walked away and ignored me which a couple behind my friend and I noticed and commented on. My friend had to get a young Latino lady attention to take my order. She also had an attitude so I asked us that your manager and she looked at the light skinned manager in the corner and said yes. That was rude and I want to remind the staff you never know who you are serving within the community not should you ever display unpleasant or unprofessional behavior in front of customers when you are working and representing a brand/company. After frying a fresh batch of chicken the Latino lady still placed this dry piece of chicken in with other fresh pieces of chicken Do better and whoever was working there tonight do better with your service especially when you’re serving a number of service members at the...

I recently visited this Popeyes and was shocked by the manager's appalling behavior. The food was subpar, but the service was an absolute disaster.
The manager seemed more interested in complaining about the customers than attending to our needs. She openly expressed frustration about the number of people in the store, stating that we should "just go home." Yes, you read that right! It was as if our presence was an inconvenience.
To make matters worse, she took an excessive number of breaks, leaving customers unattended for extended periods.
The manager's attitude was rude, lazy, and utterly unacceptable. It's clear that she's not interested in providing quality service or ensuring customer satisfaction.
Issues:
Manager's constant complaining about customers Told customers to "go home" Excessive breaks, neglecting customer needs Rude and unfriendly demeanor Poor service and subpar food

Avoid this Popeyes location at all costs! The manager's behavior is a reflection of the establishment's values, and it's not worth your money.
Absolutely not!

Read moreI haven't been to this location for a few years but swung by since several reliable sources said the chicken sandwich was all that and a bag of chips. I pulled into the shopping center and turned right. Didn't see it so I checked google Maps which told me the nearest Popeye's was 3.5 miles away. I figured maybe this location closed. Fortunately I saw the restaurant as I was exiting. Once I got inside the restaurant, it showed up on the map. Fix it please Google!
Anywho, I got the sandwich combo with beans and rice. It's a pretty big piece of juicy chicken on a brioche bun with mayo and pickles. Pretty simple, tasty and filling.
The staff is full of comedians joking with the regulars. The lunch clientele seems to be primarily vets and active military. Lots of 'yes sir's when they meet each other and ask about they were they were stationed. Straight ahead jazz playing in the background makes it seem like you're in a B&W movie scene when you sit back and eavesdrop on staff quips dining...
