Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Maryland

I was not a fan of Chick-fil-A until this location opened, and now it's a whole family favorite. The staff is friendly and efficient, dine-in and drive-through. Dining in, they deliver the food to your table, fetch condiments, ask about refills, even bring high chairs and set out placemats for the little ones. After a table is vacated, someone swiftly wipes everything down. The wipes they use are also left out so a customer can do additional wiping if desired. Seriously the cleanest fast food restaurant I've ever dined in. Drive-through, they are typically busy around lunch and dinner hours, but somehow always have spare staff when they need them and I have seen them taking as many as 6 drive-through orders simultaneously. I am always impressed by the number of customers they get through with such incredible speed. Additionally, we have a large family with a lot of custom orders due to food allergies and picky eaters (no pickles!!). We sit at the food window of every fast food drive-through we go to to check our meals for the inevitable incorrect order(s), but have stopped doing that at this location due to a 99% accuracy with our orders since they opened. Plus, the food is always piping hot and cooked correctly. So to sum up, they're clean, they're fast, they're friendly, and they get it done right. Other chains should take notice. Didn't hate them. Didn't like their unwillingness to let me have 3 to 4 packs of their Red Bell Peppers in place of their waffle fries. Even swap to me.... I can't eat fried foods. So with the 12 piece grilled nuggets meal..I wanted 4 packs of the red bell peppers. They wanted to change me extra. Because I wasn't buying a salad, only a meal. Actually they would've MADE money. Since I wanted to swap them out. Waffle fries are sold separately. Red bell peppers are FREE, as many as you want .....IF... I'd bought a salad. So, the clerk didn't understand, I'll PAY for the meal, just swap out the $$$$$...you keep item... you keep the $$$$$ give me the FREE item. NOPE! YOU PAY FOR the food, toss it out for all they cared. Don't eat it. But you have to pay for both.. So, I left!!! Have a blessed day. Didn't buy anything at all. You lose, a returning customer. This chick fil a HAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST DELIVERY SERVICE OF ANY CHICK FIL A. THEY DO NOT SEND UPDATES, THE DRIVERS LEAVE YOUR FOOD ON THE GROUND EVEN IF YOU SELECT HANDOFF DELIVERY. THEY LEAVE YOUR FOOD AT THE WRONG DOOR, FREQUENTLY. I CANT EVEN TELL YOU HOW MANY TIMES MY NEIGHBOR HAS WALKED OVER MY ORDER. ITS EMBARRASSING, and LUCKILY THEIR IS ANOTHER CHICK FIL A NOT EVEN A MILE UP THE ROAD. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DRIVING AN EXTRA 2 minutes to the Pasadena location. YOULL GET SIGNIFICANTLY BETTER SERVICE.

Oh and if the owner sees this, I CALLED YOUR STORE WHICH PROMPTLY TOLD ME THEY COULDNT HELP. DESPITE YOUR DRIVER LEAVING MY ORDER AT THE WRONG HOUSE AND IT SITTING OUTSIDE FOR ABOUT 30 minutes allowing a whole host of bugs to enjoy my meal. AND YOUR TRYING TO TELL ME IM NOT ALOUD TO HAVE MY 23 dollars back WHEN YOU FED MY FOOD TO INSECTS. THIS STORE IS A JOKE.
